What do you love most about your job?
I would describe coaching as not only incredibly rewarding for me, but also as my passion.
It is a skill that has always come quite natural to me, and one that over the years has been further enhanced with professional coaching training and qualifications in a number of different disciplines.
There is nothing quite like the feeling of experiencing first hand the inspiring progress or powerful transformation of a coaching client, and knowing that I have been part of the working partnership that has helped them achieve significant progress.
Indeed seeing coachees achieve their desired outcomes as we work together and having a strategic actionable plan and the inner confidence and skills to maintain that progress is something I never get tired of.

Although I am a Coach & Mentor that is trained and qualified in a number of different areas, I also consider myself a lifelong student.
