Marisa Chappell Photography is just as the five star rating states, as good as it gets! I plan large business events in Central Oregon and can't imagine doing one of them without her there capturing every detail. She is beyond capable, genuinely talented, a joy to work with, cares about her quality of work and builds genuine relationships with her clients. There is not one time in five years that I've said, hey be sure to get that shot...that she hasn't smiled back at me saying, I already did. Marisa has worked from detailed shot lists and successfully captured events with very little direction. She just knows what to take and gets it every time! Absolutely PERFECT!  Marisa photographed a company anniversary celebration for us and each photo was awesome!  She mingled with our guests, made everyone feel comfortable and caught tons of great candid shots.  Everyone in the company was thrilled with all the photos.  We will definitely ask Marisa to photograph for us again! AMAZING Experience! Marisa was WONDERFUL! I would recommend her to anyone! I found her on Yelp and she was responsive and easy to work with from quoting - to shooting - to receiving our prints. It started snowing before our prescheduled shoot, and Marisa not only showed up, but was in full snow gear ready to roll with the punches. Marisa was the most AMAZING person to work with! She was very accomodating as we live in Portland and were traveling over to Bend a few times before the wedding, making sure that we got our engagement photos on the right day, in the right place, with weather and lighting in mind. She is exceptionally personable and made us feel very comfortable when having our picture taken is not natural. Marisa met us at the venue the day before to scope out the perfect spots to have our pictures taken. I recently got married and Marisa Chappell captured our wonderful day. I am SO SO happy with our pictures. My husband and I are about as awkward as it comes in front of a camera. I was worried we'd have awkward weird pictures for our wedding, when what I really wanted was more alternative artistic pictures. We went ahead and did engagement pictures, which was a blessing. Marisa made us more comfortable in front of the camera and we had a chance to get to know each other. On the day of the wedding, it was like having a friend take pictures. We were so much more comfortable and our pictures turned out amazing. The pictures turned out exactly how I was hoping and love the coloring. Marisa is also very organized and is great with communication.  If you're looking for a great photographer who is friendly, comfortable and has a great eye - I'd highly recommend Marisa. More...
