I had the pleasure of doing some yoga classes with Marie-Jade during a stay in an Eco Lodge in the Amazonian rainforest in Peru. I have had a few yoga classes before but never had such a wonderful yoga instructor! The classes were so relaxing while at the same time they gave us good stretching and kept challenging our bodies little by little. I liked the pace (rather slow but intense) and especially the meditative qualities of Marie-Jade instructions. I would love to have her close to me so that I can visit her yoga classes! More...
