Marianne truly went above and beyond for our wedding! She was a joy to work with from our initial consultation through the end of our reception. Our venue had a short, one-hour time window for vendor set up. There is a reason why Marianne has so many 5 star reviews!  Here is mine:Being the typical last minute husband seeking a bday present for the wife, I called for a quote on an arrangement that I saw from an online store.  I believe in supporting local shops... Marianne was patient enough with me to look up the pic and tell me that she will have it ready AND will match the price!  I was so shocked that even I blurted out "are you sure?"I picked the arrangement up and not only did it match everything but she gave it extra touches!  The flowers were in the "budding" stage and not fully extended so right there I knew that I received a fresh batch of flowers.  Plus, she also accented the arrangement with sparkles/glitter to "liven it up!"Even though when I received the arrangement, it didnt match the picture exactly but I felt that I get the better end of the deal with exactly what I wanted and with fresh flowers and GREAT customer service!THANK YOU! Marianne did such an amazing job on our wedding flowers! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was as imagined. She was there on the day of the wedding to make sure nothing went wrong and even helped with things that weren't her job, like draping the fabric on our archway (the men were struggling with it). Fast same-day delivery and excellent communication! The florist sent a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery, which is practically unheard of but greatly appreciated. I called with the difficult task of recreating my bridal bouquet from my elopement into a table arrangement for a reception we were holding.  The lady I spoke to (I assume it was Marianne) was so helpful and friendly.  I was able to text her a picture and the rest can only be described as pure magic.  While not exactly the same, the arrangement complimented my bouquet so well that we had comments wondering we we used the same florist back in NOLA! So impressed! I called frantically for a flower arrangement for delivery the following morning (with specific delivery instructions) and Marianne was so helpful! 1. She is incredibly pleasant on the phone 2. She was able to put together an arrangement and have it delivered when I wanted it and it's gorgeous! I am so grateful to Marianne and her team for going above and beyond and out of their way to get flowers delivered to my friend on her birthday. For some strange reason my friend's apartment complex would not allow the delivery driver to leave the flowers at the front office without my friends permission (she was at work and couldn't answer her phone). Marianne was so understanding and patient and was helping me problem solve how to get my friend her delivery. She even offered to stay at her shop past business hours so my friend could pick them up on her way home from work. Ultimately my friend ended up answering her phone at work and gave permission for the delivery, so all ended perfectly well. I'm so lazy about writing reviews, but I was so impressed by Marianne's customer service and willingness to help me that I needed to make sure to give her the 5 stars her business deserves. I was blown away with the customer service ordering flowers this morning for my friends birthday.  I live in LA and placed the order over the phone just based on a google search, and so happy I did!  I had the pleasure working with Marianne herself.  She was such an angel.  Based on what I shared w her on my likes and dislikes she created the most beautiful arrangement I wish I had in my home right now :))) She was also so nice to accommodate a same day order, text a photo of the arrangement, details of delivery ETA, and when it was delivered.  It was such a breath of fresh air working with someone so kind and with such a passion for her craft.  She will now have a customer for life every time I need to send an arrangement in the Dallas area. Love love LOVE them! I live across country from my Mom so sending flowers on her birthday is important to me. They arrived on time, they contacted me when I had questions, they sent a picture of the bouquet before delivering it, and the delivery man was sweet enough to call and offer tonwait outside with the flowers (few minutes) until someone could answer the door so the flowers wouldn't wilt in the sun. My fiancé (now husband) and I went here several months ago to order white Daisies for my bridal bouquet for our upcoming nuptials. Marianne was very sweet and easy to talk to. She quickly wrote down all the items that we needed (groom's and best man boutinere, MOH bouquet, etc). We did have a small request re: a health issue and Marianne was able to make fake flowers for the rest of the wedding party. Let me just say, the fake flowers looked amazing and you couldn't even tell that they weren't real unless you touched them. Her prices are very reasonable as well. About a month before the wedding, I had a last minute request and Marianne was able to accommodate that very quickly.I highly recommend going to this shop and I'd give this place 10 stars if I could! Had to order last minute arrangement for a funeral the following day and called Marianne.  Whole ordering experience over the phone was perfect - from verifying the exact arrangement I wanted to writing my somewhat lengthy message on the card.  Very nice woman to talk to & I didn't feel rushed when ordering on the phone.  Marianne seemed most concerned with making sure my order was correct and exactly how I wanted it.  Also, I had a narrow window that the flowers could be delivered the following day and Marianne assured me they would be delivered on time.Next day, received a text with a picture of the arrangement which was beautiful and exactly what I ordered.  Flowers were delivered on time as well - again, exactly as promised by Marianne.Overall this was a great experience.  Would definitely purchase from here again and recommended others to do the same. I am from out of state and was looking to call a florist near Allen, Texas to deliver flowers to my brother for his retirement. The reviews alone on Yelp helped me realize I needed to go with Marianne's. Once I called and told Marianne what I needed and what a special retirement this was (50years), she was more than willing to help. In our conversation I mentioned there was 9 of us siblings and our mother. She added that to the arrangement, adding a pink flower for our mom and roses for each sibling. Ordered an arangement for delivery for a family members birthday who lives in Texas. Did everything over the phone. Marianne was super wonderful to speak with and made sure to text me a picture before delivery in case I wanted to make any changes. Great customer service ! Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is it was more expensive than I thought to send Flowers, however I feel it would be like that anywhere. Marianne went above and beyond for our wedding!  Conscious of our budget restraints, she found ways to do everything we wanted in inexpensive ways.  My bouquet, the bridal bouquets, the corsages, the boutonnieres and the centerpieces were all stunning and clearly made with love.  The centerpieces were so nice we kept all of them!   I actually keep one on display in my office and we have a few of them displayed throughout our home.  Not only did she do an amazing job creating the arrangements, she ran all around town on the day of our wedding to meet me at the hotel where we were getting ready, then meet my husband and the guys where they were getting ready and then to our venue to set up all the decorations.  On the morning of when I called her in a panic, she told me not to worry and that she would do the worrying for me.  She truly delivered on that promise.  I was confident all was good in her capable hands and could focus on enjoying my morning of getting ready for the big day.  On top of all that she let us borrow her storefront chalkboard to use for our wedding! She was always in constant contact with us by email or text about how things were coming along and very patient with me sending her tons of inspiration pictures and then making them a reality! You are missing on having  amazing flowers at your wedding if you don't use Marianne! She is such an awesome person to work with and has fantastic floral arrangement ideas to offer. People who attended our wedding still talk about how nice the flowers and table center pieces were! Not only did she do a great job with the flowers but she personally delivered the flowers to the hotel for the bride and bridesmaids on the day of the wedding and delivered the flowers to the wedding venues for me and my  groomsmen. I read the reviews and decided to try this place because i wanted something completely different from what everyone else does for my bridal bouquet. The flowers went above and beyond my expectations.  They are absolutely stunning. So beautiful and unique! Red with purple wax flowers. The roses are covered in different levels of shimmer. Just so gorgeous. Marianne is the absolute best!!!!! She's so helpful and stands by her work. She also made me a hair clip with matching flowers for my hair. I'm really happy with everything.  I will definitely come back. If you have a vision, she'll make it happen. She's so easy to talk to and just awesome! Marianne's had the best customer service and beautiful arrangements! She sent me a picture and told me I could remove or add any flowers before she sent the arrangement out. I was amazed she would allow that since usually you pick an arrangement from a pic and it never looks like the picture. I live in the Bay Area and have been ordering flowers for family in Plano and the Metroplex for years and never found an amazing place, until now.
