My passion in life has always been to encourage, motivate and assist people to become the best they possibly can be on whatever path or situation they find themselves facing, so hence my decision to become a Life Coach.

I can only describe my experience working with Marian as life changing. After just 3 sessions she has provided me with the tools to deal with the things that have been holding me back my entire life. From my chronic procrastination to my inability to communicate properly in my relationships, Marian's guidance and coaching has provided me with a new way of looking at the world and dealing with life. Don't think of it as 3 sessions. Instead think of it as a 6 week course. After the 1st session she will give you tools and techniques to apply to your life. Then after 2 weeks the 2nd session will expand on that and you apply what you've learned again and so on. The aim is to make the application of these tools and techniques part of your DNA. So by the end of the 6 week period the improvements are now part of you. The new you. Or as Marian calls it, the real you. She has a calming and caring demeanor and a remarkable ability to make you feel like you've known her all your life. My decision of choosing to work with Marian as life coach was the best decision I could possibly make.My first impression was how calming was the session with her and I really needed that feeling as there was so much noise going on inside my head.
Marian is a great listener, she helps you find the way out from the mess you're in by helping you to pay attention to the thoughts which will actually take you in a good place and giving you the tools to deal with all the thoughts which are not helping you grow and holding you back.

What do you love most about your job?
The great Mark Twain once said, Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life. This quote really applies to me because I get the greatest satisfaction from seeing my clients walk away with a smile on their face, a smile that says it all. They have moved forward with their lives and achieved what they once thought was impossible. They have taken responsibility for their lives, gained self-confidence and self-belief and found that they have turned their goals and dreams into reality.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In my career I faced and embraced many challenging situations and from these I gained huge experience and skills which made me confident that I could help others to do the same. After working in a University for 20 years I went back to study which led me to change my career. This new path brought me to IBM for a further 15 years. There I was an Education Facilitator/Trainer for several years then moving on to manage Software & Finance teams. So yes I have many years of experience leading and motivating teams to great success. I know what it is like to feel the fear and do it anyway and turn the big decisions into even bigger success stories. This is what has led me once again to follow my own passion in life, which is helping others to believe in themselves and in doing so achieve great things.
