What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy meeting people and making new friends. Having been a practising practitioner for many years and having taught at a senior level, I know that the therapies do work physically, mentally and emotionally and, therefore, can enhance a person's life. It is very rewarding to be able to help people and care for them. Everybody is different and has differing ailments and problems, but the therapies have greatly helped to improve the quality of life even alleviating the problem(s) altogether.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The nature of the work I do really lends itself to having one's own business. Also, it is on a one-to-one basis, so costs can be more reasonable.
Why should our clients choose you?
People say that I am very approachable and that I am a very good listener. They find me professional, but also friendly and someone they can put their trust in. I do consider their needs and tailor the therapies to suit them. I am also willing to go to the client's home for the treatments. My prices are competitive and I do not skimp on the time taken to do a treatment. I have treated all age groups from babies to the elderly and in palliative care. I am well qualified in all the therapies I practise and have a degree in Complementary Therapies as well as related diplomas and certificates. The knowledge and experience acquired from the many varied treatments have given me an expertise whereby I can better recognise people's needs and so improve their lives. All the clients treated have benefitted in some way, some with amazing results.
