This is Marc Miller - I am a well known independent HR Technology consultant - based in New York Metro Area.
I am a sole proprietor, my consulting firm has been in operation over 33 years.
I help companies determine and structure their HR Technology strategy and provide direct hands on collaboration with my clients' project teams in documenting all needed HR, Payroll and Benefits functional requirements. I then evaluate and determine the most appropriate "pool" of HRMS software providers, build a detailed RFP and help my clients evaluate proposals and orchestrate on-site software demonstrations. I negotiate service agreements on behalf of my clients.
Additionally I am often asked to provide senior executive education - webinars and onsite education session about the latest trends in HR technology. I am totally independent of the software vendors and have no ties to any.
I often travel to my client sites - anywhere in the US and sometimes overseas.
I do not focus on any vertical industry segment, but stay focused on the role of HR and its need for HR to prove to be a Strategic Business partner to C-level executives in any organization.
Being well known and respected in my industry, I stay on top of all developments in the HRMS world.
