I had big issue with my newly bought car.It was taken to Many Autos Reading cause this garage cooperates with my warranty company. The car was faulty already when i bought it.I knew it but the finanse company and the dealer were trying to convince me it was my fault.I was lucky that staff at Many Autos Reading checked the car and infomed me that the damage was done during longer period of time so they just confirmed my suspisions without knowing my situation.They really supported me with dealing with the finanse company and the dealer and fixed the car as soon as they could.When we came to collect it the car just came from wash and looked really presentable.The staff was really friendly and explained everything to us.I highly recommend this garage! The team at Many autos are very friendly, and I would like to thank them a lot especially Mr. Nadeem for diagnosing the problem with my BMW car and fixing it with a very reasonable cost, for work that takes a lot of time. I had the issue with my car engine light that kept flashing for a long time, despite repeated diagnosis at different places and the cost with it without finding the exact problem.It turned up to be the Timing Chain, and the electric water pump, now the car runs so smoothly, and joy to drive again.On top of that, the very kind and convenient complimentary service of collecting and returning the car made life easier and the whole experience much better.Many Thanks again every one, and will be coming again when a service will be needed, and definitely recommend. I book the service 11-9-2019 for a Cambelt and Water Pump replacement on my "Renault megane 1.5dCi ECO Dynamique Tom Tom (2012)" for a quote of £449 with their free pick up and delivery service. This is a log job that take 4-5 hours to be completed.Nadeem called me first thing in the morning collected the car from my workplace, did the repairs and returned it back to my parking at work by lunch time.He explained to me what it was done and advise about my front brake pads that were close to the limit and should be replaced.The invoice was very clear.Total transparency with the price breakdown, which was much appreciated.I am very happy with the service I received and I will use it again. My car had an issue with the cooling system. The temperature gauge was oscillating and the car had also boiled the coolant once. Another garage charged me a diagnostic fee, but they could not fix the problem and sent me away. I took the car to Many Autos. They found the problem and fixed it in one day. After doing some research, I found Many Autos!! I took my car there on a Saturday, worried as a variety of lights had flagged up on the car, I was greeted by a friendly chap, and explained the situation, he called me back to explain what was wrong, a stretch chain in the engine. After doing some research, Polos were reknowned for this issue, I called back, and during this time, he had sent an invoice, also quoting the price on a fix for the exhaust (which I knew needed sorting, initially why I took it to the garage), I said yes to the work commencing, which turnt out to be the best decision I could make. I had the quote, and was given a time frame of Monday afternoon, I called up Monday and they said my car was ready. Upon arrival, he sent his colleague to collect my car, and in that time, explained what had happened, the chain has streched and thus causing the misfiring of the engine, along with other strange sounds, even showed me the marks on the old chain and what I was looking at, and told me that i caught the issue in perfect time. The best bit....the car pulled into the garage, freshly washed and hoovered!!! I then paid and that was that.An excellent service, but a fantastic mechanic, I have found my new garage for anything car related.A huge thanks, and i highly recommend these guys!! More...

The guy's at Many Autos are great! I booked in my car for an MOT and full service at last minute using their website, and it was picked up very promptly by a very polite employee who inspected the car for existing damage before driving it to the garage. Later that day, I was unfortunately told that my car had failed it's MOT for 3 reasons, 1 of which required the whole steering column to be replaced. The guys at Many Autos did a great job, however, of explaining the problem to me, and were able to carry out the repair quicker than expected, and at a lower price than they originally stated, allowing me to get my MOT and car back in no time! When I noticed a clunking noise which occurred when making turns shortly after they had carried out the work (which is to be expected after a big repair like that), they were able to book me in at short notice again, and resolve this issue at no extra cost.Can thoroughly recommend Many Autos as a professional, efficient and friendly local garage. My only recommendation for improvement would be that I wish I could have received more regular updates as to how the MOT/repairs were progressing, but apart from that great job! More...
