I went to a party there last March and found it a great venue but the attraction for me are Manor Gardens which change display every seasons. Adjacent is a large car park which gets very full in the afternoon because of the activities in Manor Barn. When you find a place, it is ideal to leave your car there and visit the Old Town of Bexhill with St Peters Church, The Bell pub and function room dating back to the Napoleonic wars (the pub is now a nice coffee place called Courteneys), the two cafés or walk down to Bexhill town centre. What a great venue , it has everything beautiful surroundings with parking. We had our Christmas party here.. It was decorated which gave a lovely festive feel. The food was delicious we had the buffet. The entertainment couldn't be beaten. Live music from the chandeliers and the Manor barn staff were fantastic and very friendly. Thank you for a great night. We had our wedding meal and reception at Manor Barn last weekend, Decorating was just how I wanted despite only going by emailed directions! Food was great, bar staff were excellent. Everybody has told me what a great day they had and how lovely the staff were. Bar prices also very reasonable. Nothing was too much for them and I would reccomend them to anyone planning a wedding. Manor Barn hosted our wedding on 25/08/16. Stuart and Janice were so helpful. Were flexible with what we wanted and easy to contact with queries or adjustments. Gardens were beautiful. The staff on the day set it all up, made it look stunning and because of them the day ran smoothly. I would fully recommend this venue to anyone. Helpful, friendly and not pricey at all! We were due to get married on Hastings Pier, but Storm Brian meant it had to be closed - and we had no venue 36 hours before the event
After much searching The Pier came up with Manor Barn.
What can I say, the team at Manor Barn were a dream, the answer to anything was "Yes", they are magnificent.
The Barn was perfect, it was unbelievable, like
it was meant to be.
The Manor Barn team worked seamlessly with The Pier team.

We had our wedding and reception at Manor Barn yesterday, and cannot do anything but give a huge sigh of relief that we chose this venue.
Amazingly helpful and friendly staff, a beautiful venue that was fantastically decorated, amazing food and we are very happy that we chose Manor Barn to host our special day. The day ran very well, all who attended had an amazing time, and everyone was blown away at how nice the venue looked.
We cannot thank the staff enough for all they did for us yesterday and beforehand with the planning and we will treasure the memories created at this wonderful venue for the rest of our lives

I live in the USA but have family in the area and decided I wanted a 50th birthday party. Stuart was professional and helped me plan the party via email, organizing the DJ, the menu choices and sent me the name of the Photo Genie for a last minute addition to the night.
Its a beautiful building which we decorated ourselves and had access to in the afternoon. All my guests loved the building, the food, the DJ, the bar staff were great. I had a number of children at the event and they enjoyed having the freedom to run around the grounds outside. I did add a "glow bar" so the kids were easy to spot during the night.
We are looking for another reason to have a party again...we would recommend the Manor Barn without reservation.

The Manor Barn is absolutely wonderful. We got married here on 16th June 2018, and from the first visit in 2016, Stuart, Janice, Jason and the whole team have been absolutely outstanding.
Full support the whole way through. And could not have asked for a better day.
Food was delicious and the other vendors such as photographer and DJ, that they associate with, are amazing.
The venue was decorated to high standard along with following my instructions with my own decorations, the place looked stunning. Staff are ALWAYS pleasant and polite. Couldn’t have done any more to be more helpful.
Thank you so so much for making our day perfect. � would do it all over again!!

Have attended two functions at this venue, one sad and one joyous. The wedding was without doubt superb. The grounds were well used, for photo calls and children playing, on a glorious sunny day. The canapés and food were first class, would have to be as the groom is a chef himself. The staff so friendly and helpful and interactive. The various other companies used to dress the room and provide entertainment, we're magnificent. Shame I live an hour and half away or I'd have to celebrate all occasions in this marvellous place. Manor Barn is a beautiful place to spend time, whether working, socialising or having quiet time for reflection sitting in the tranquil gardens.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My position has only been available 3 times in over 20 years so when the chance arose I applied and was successful.
This gave me the opportunity to run a venue using skills, training and knowledge amassed over the last 30 years.
I feel fortunate that I am able to build on the past successes of a business that has over 50 years behind it underpinned with over 500 years of history in it's fabric.
