We used their services for our wedding. They were AMAZING. They really helped me and my husband pose and feel comfortable, their pictures were very artistic and beautiful but also timeless. The day couldn't have gone smoother and they were so much fun to work with. As They were very thoughtful and asked really great questions in advance and were very friendly in person. As an aside, we got married at the Bronx zoo and had to take pictures while the zoo was still open (on the busiest weekend of the year)... Visiting Mango Studios for our first time was a wonderful experience. We did the newborn session and they let us do a holiday themed one. Our photographer was Jen, she made us feel at ease and let us be our natural selves. We didn't have to stand in awkward poses, she let us take a break when our little one needed to eat, working with Jen was a pleasure. We first saw Mango Studios on Instagram from friends who chose them to capture their engagement shoot. I was sold instantly by their photos. It wasn't long after that we contacted them to book a consultation for our upcoming wedding. From the moment we visited the studio, we knew we were in great hands. The whole experience was amazing. We had Amanda and Steph photograph our wedding and we are so so so grateful to have had them share our day with us. They made the whole experience very easy and made us feel so comfortable during our E-shoot as well as our wedding. They were always available to answer any questions we had and knew exactly what we wanted. They captured the day perfectly and we can't get enough of our pictures. My husband and I had MANGO Studios photograph our wedding just under a year ago. When looking for photographers, we met with many different companies, but from the moment we walked into the MANGO Studio office we knew they were who we wanted to book! Prior to our big day, we had arranged an engagement shoot with our photographer so that we were comfortable in front of the camera, and I couldn't recommend this more! Our Photographer got a sense for us as a couple during this shoot which made the wedding day that much easier to navigate. My husband and I just recently got married this June and hired Mango Studios to capture our wedding. They are truly exceptional at what they do! We got our first taste of their work after we did our engagement shoot. We are a bit camera shy and explained that to our amazing photographer Lauren at our first meet. Within minutes she had us feeling super comfortable and forgetting that a camera was even on us! The engagement photos turned out amazing and we knew we were in good hands. Lauren then requested a meeting with us about a month before our big day and we had a lovely chat about our expectations and day of timeline to ensure everyone was on the same page and not beat was missed. We could not be more grateful to Mango Studios for perfectly capturing our wedding day! Our photographer Alex was just a gem and was able to snap hundreds of beautiful pictures from different angles -it's like she was 2 people! The only regret we have is not booking her for longer! She also made us feel very comfortable and took amazing candids which is exactly what we wanted! Alex was very organized and ensured we got all the friends and family pictures done right.The post production process has been amazing as well. From the minute you step into their welcoming, chic studio, the Mango team makes you feel at ease and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your photos. MANGO photographed our wedding and engagement photos. I am not very picky about most wedding vendors, but I was very particular about how I wanted my photos to look. We are so incredibly pleased with our engagement and wedding photos from Mango!!! We love love love our photos but the best part was working with such talented photographers. We were pretty nervous that our engagement photos would turn out stiff and overly posed. Worried that we wouldn’t feel like us, but Michelle made us so comfortable and really captured our playful side. We had general ideas about location and style but with Michelle’s guidance we found a variety of different locations and unique shots in one area and were so pleased with the versatility! She is a truly talented photographer and I’m grateful we got a chance to work with her. Then our wedding was approaching and Lauren made everything sooooo easy. I don’t know what I would have done without her big smile and calming approach. She took note of all the unique cultural ceremonies and captured all the important moments of the day. Then when we were running behind schedule and missed the “golden hour of lighting” they made sure we weren’t stressed and found an alternative location and style of shoot for us. Mango and the entire team are simply amazing. I searched for hours trying to find the best photographer to capture our wedding. I must have visited a total of 8 photographers and I knew it had to be Mango after visiting Jaycee and Jason at their office. They were super attentive and sweet and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. Liza did our engagement shoot at Scarborough bluffs and I was blown away with how good the pictures looked, and this is coming from someone that was so nervous about being photographed. Neither my husband or I feel comfortable in front of the camera, and Liza did a great job at making us feel comfortable and relaxed. The photographic results were unique and timeless. Some of the photos even resemble art. After seeing our engagement shoot pictures I couldn’t wait to see our images and the final album of our wedding day. I was not disappointed. Right after my wedding day the team send me over some amazing sneak peaks and a couple weeks after that my images were done being edited. Mango has a great eye for details and is able to capture all the special moments as they happen which I loved. On the day of our wedding Liza and Ayyyna were early and made sure every shot I wanted was taken care of before leaving at the end of the night; they also sent over sneak peaks so quickly which was awesome. I get compliments all the time on our wedding and engagement pictures that are displayed around my office, and a few of my girlfriends that aren’t even wedding planning yet have already decided they want Mango when that time comes. Mango is AMAZING. 100% the best vendor I worked with for my wedding (and I did work with some fantastic vendors). Not only were they supremely organized and just all around on top of it (at times better than my planner), they brought this excitement and energy that made me and my now-husband feel confident that the pictures were going to capture everything we wanted and more. To be honest, now that the wedding is over I kind of just want to be Melissa and Michelle's friend! lol Anyone planning a wedding will know that there are so many details to juggle and things to consider. Mango was truly a godsend because they were so meticulous in there organization (best detailed emails that really left me with no questions, organized timelines and questionnaires). At the same time, they were willing to work with my ideas and address any concerns I had. If you are considering Mango, then you already know the fine-art style of photography they shoot in. It's a matter now of finding one with a good pricepoint (check), great personality (check), love for the work (check), and someone who will make your wedding day/planning amazing (check check). As a bonus, they had an incredible turn around time in comparison to some of my friends! I got some sneak peak images 2 days after my wedding and got the entire set of images within a month. As an aside, please consider getting engagement shoot photos. My husband and I initially were not going to get them only because when we actually got engaged in Paris he had hired a photographer to capture the moment. Frances convinced us it was a good idea just so we could get used to Melissa's instructions and feel more comfortable on the day of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, seeing Michelle and Melissa was like seeing old friends and we felt comfortable with them. I highly recommend this even if you have other pictures. Mango is the BEST.
