Mandi went above and beyond throughout the whole process from giving ideas for wedding photography timelines to researching and calling locations for engagement photos to ensure we got the best place at the best time! Mandi was an absolute pleasure to work with. She has an eye like no other. She did our newborn shoot and now our 6 month baby/family photos and I was so impressed how she captured the love. I was definitely not feeling my prettiest right after child birth yet, Mandi captured the new baby glow (despite being beyond sleep deprived). She set reasonable expectations (our baby was older and wasn't in the sleepy baby mode); and has so much patience - she kept trying until she got perfect shots. Overall, a photographer should almost become a friend. They capture some of your lives most precious life moments - I feel like Mandi has become part of the fam with her sweet nature and patience and her positive attitude. I gifted my mom a mother-daughter photo session with Mandi and it was absolutely amazing! The prices were great for all the amazing stuff we received with our session and the makeup and hair was absolutely stunning (thank you, Katie! ). Mandi is such a wonderful photographer to work with and makes sure you get the exact shots and looks that you want. I received a mother-daughter photo session with Mandi as a Christmas gift from my daughter. From start to finish, it was an amazing experience! I was a little nervous going in because I was feeling a bit self-conscious about having photos done. However, those fears quickly went away as soon as Mandi started working her magic (not to mention, the transformation of hair and makeup by the talented Katie)! Mandi put me at absolute ease. She has an amazing eye and makes sure you are comfortable with everything. She has such creativity and great ideas, but was also completely welcoming of any particular things we wanted to make sure to incorporate in our shoot. I have had Mandi photograph my family twice now. After my first session, I was impressed enough to book her again. After my second, I will probably never ever look for any other photographer. My baby was 9 months the first time around and very friendly so that session was super fun and the photos turned out amazing. The second session however was fairly eventful. My baby now 1, refused to smile and kept giving blank stares. She would not cooperate. Mandi was super patient, gave great direction as to how to get baby comfortable and lo and behold! The photographs are amazing again. I really was dreading finally looking at the photos. But I cannot believe how nice they are! Mandi is a miracle worker.
