Arrived here in transit from Dublin Airport, flying to the US. T1 does not have any signs that say where to go if you are in transit. You have to exit the terminal & walk about for about 5-10 minutes outside to access T3. That is my only complaint however, & there is a covered walkway en route. It was otherwise a pleasant experience, & the staff we encountered were friendly & helpful. Free WiFi l, & security was pretty quick. I noticed that there is a separate fast-track lane for people requiring assistance. All in all, a positive experience. More...

Airport big, busy and disorientating. Signage in Terminal 3 needs improving. However, the stars are for the staff. I am not easily impressed but everyone I asked for directions went above and beyond. Took me to where I needed to be - not just given directions. They are chatty and cheerful, and put you at your ease. The Passenger Assistance service is OUTSTANDING and a credit to the airport. A clean and welcoming airport. There are a few shops whilst waiting for your flight in T3 however the prices are more expensive than on the high street, I wouldn't recommend leaving your shopping for the airport. Reading the reviews, am wondering if it is the same Airport I was at two days ago and today, guess it's my lucky day. Everyone was extremely nice to me, didn't know I can't get on Easy jet with two bags, the staff were fantastic, advised greatly, had to go look for a trolley case to make it one bag.
The shop attendant at the Aviation store was my hero, he was so patient and allowed me try my stuff to see if it will fit in, helped out amazingly. I just love my time there today ✌

Easy to navigate, good offers, helpful staff. Could do with some more luxury seating but then again I shouldn't be so cheap and upgrade to the waiting lounge.
Only negative is the automated passport recognition when flying into Manchester. Only in Manchester I have issues with it, something needs updating.
