This guy is AWESOME! I used Dave for our very very special anniversary party at The Lowry Hotel in Manchester. I have arranged a few corporate events now but this one was the biggest yet. Everything had to be just right. It took me months to arrange and we had everything from ice sculpture luges to 6ft balloon sculptures and the band flew up from London. I was SO nervous and just prayed it would all go to plan. One thing that was specified was that we capture amazing footage of the night... here's where I get to Dave. What can I say.... Dave is SO creative and professional. He captured the evening from start to finish. It was like a story looking at the pictures. I have goose pimples typing this because I was completely blown away by the quality but also the way he had captured the emotion and atmosphere of our very very special evening in his photos. What a super library he made for us. He was so friendly but was also talentedly sleuth like and he moved around the night without anyone even realising he was there at times when he needed to capture the 'moment' - super talented. He is a chameleon and very clever. Such a lovely lovely guy. Everyone though he was amazing, so much fun and where there where photos, before the drinking began, ie reception he made everyone feel so at ease and genuinely laugh and feel great. These make for super photos. We cannot thank you enough Dave. You went above and beyond and I can't believe how reasonable your rates are (shouldn't be saying this as you might oik them up next time LOL). Having used his services several times previously on various projects, Dave provided me with some commercial photography for my business, and even though I was on an extremely tight deadline, and didn't give him much notice, he went the extra mile to ensure that he got me what I needed on time.

His work is first class, and his customer service is second to none. And he's also a jolly nice chap, which counts for a lot with me.

This was the third time we have met and had photos taken by David, and once again we are over the moon with the results. What a brilliant service. We used David & the Manchester Creative Media team recently for 2 very important events, and we were highly impressed with the photographs, which are stunning high resolution images that captured a range of emotions and moments throughout the events in question. David is gifted when it comes to working with children and people of all ages and levels of soberness! David was the photographer at my daughter's recent Prom. David really captured the moment from the students arriving at the venue, fantastic individual shots, various group size photographs and great images of the students during the formal part of the evening. All the students looked really relaxed which to me demonstrated the manner in which David interacted with them to get such incredible images. It was a pleasure to deal with David and the ordering and delivery of the photographs was effortless throughout. The end product was amazing. Although the school selected David to be the official photographer for the event, from my experience I would not hesitate in recommending David as an outstanding photographer to capture that special occasion moment. After a disappointing school photo by another company, we decided to use the services of David Laslett. The session was done very professionally and in a fun way (my son actually smiled on all his photos - a difficult feat to master! ). Dave photographed our wedding in August 2015 and we just cannot thank him enough for all his effort both on the wedding day and processing our photos afterwards. Couldn't be more happy with the photos that Dave did for my son's wedding. <br />They wanted the normal photos of the wedding such as parents of the groom and the bride. The extended families, friends. The wedding party being chased by a dinosaur. So nothing out of the ordinary :-).<br />He had meetings with Emma and Jim to see if they liked the cut of his jib. We had our engagement photo shoot which was a great touch as it gave to get to know David better and to see the style of shots first hand. We hired David for our wedding earlier this year. We had a pre-wedding engagement shoot prior to this which really helped us get used to having our photo taken as both of us were a bit camera shy. Apart from taking very good photos he has a great way with people, relaxing them to get great photos. We have had the pleasure of working with David both on-site here at Lancasterian School and off-site within a partnership primary school. His cheerful and friendly manner was a great bridge to enable the staff and pupils to feel comfortable when gaining the 'staged' images we were looking for. David worked flexibly around the commitments of his subjects and was sensitive to the issues of camera<span id="moreReview507144" class="hide"> shyness from some. First met Dave on a sunny afternoon running down the street! I was just at the start of organising my wedding. Dave was recommend by my mum (lollipop). After speaking to Dave it very soon became clear he was a great guy with lots of great ideas for my forthcoming wedding. We had great fun discussing our ideas with both Fo and Dave over a large glass of wine. He just got us straight away.
