We’d ask that you read these in detail before you travel and thank you in advance for helping us keep all our passengers and drivers safe. If there is anything you do not understand please do not hesitate in asking your driver. Anti-bac is available in all vehicles we ask customers to use it. We will have to spray suitcases and bags with an aerosol disinfectant for our and others safety. Please use your own face mask when in our vehicles. We can provide you one if you do not have your own free of charge. Customer touch points will all be cleaned regularly throughout the day. Where you can, wash your hands before travelling. We ask our customers not to sit directly behind our drivers to protect drivers Make sure you’re following the drivers instructions at all times they are there to help keep everyone safe Remember please do not travel if you feel unwell. If you are not willing to follow our guidelines you may be refused travel. Please be patient with us. As we are all getting used to this new way of travelling.
