Dear Owner / Manager
I would like to introduce myself to your organisation, I am a new entrepreneur delivering health and social care training and assessing. I have over 29 years within the care profession and training sector. I have been a trainer assessor for a training company for over 2 years. My Intentions for the future to be a reputable trainer within the west midlands. I would like to offer my services to your Organisation to help you achieve your goals at the best possible value.
I decided to start out on my own and created ideal training solutions because of the passion I have in training and the kind of standards I want to achieve. I have already built a good relationship with some of the organisations I have had the pleasure to train. Feed back can be seen on my face book page.
I am an outgoing, sociable and a well-presented Individual with a passion for first class Health and social care, Employability and Management standards. I have over twenty-six years’ experience in a very demanding & regulated profession. I am a very passionate individual who has a larger than life personality. My main aim ad priority is to deliver a high quality standard of teaching and assessment with a strong emphasis on ensuring my delivery is educational and enjoyable. I was a finalist last year for the Great British care awards 2018 for Innovative trainer of the year, to me this was a greta achievement.
I have all the nessiary qualifications to provide freelance training and assessing:
• NVQ Health and social care level 2
• NVQ Health and social care level 3
• NVQ health and social care level 4
• Register managers award (Level 5)
• ILM Leadership and Management
• A1 Assessors – Assessing candidates in a range of methods.
• RQF Education & Training Level 3
• All Care related training

• Safety of the students
• Completing summative and formative assessments and feedback.
• Liaising with students
• Apprenticeships assessing from level 2, 3, 4 & 5
• College sign up paperwork for new courses/Clients
• Creation of presentations and work books for course specification.

• Offering advice and guidance when it is required.
• Liaising with distance learning students so that they have the support to complete their qualification.

If done over seven consecutive days this will be charged at £280 per learners. Please note that all courses have a minimum number of six learners with a maximum of twelve learners unless stated otherwise. Health and social care Trainer/Assessor - To support the A1 Assessors award, I wanted to gain experience in the class room environment. I have dedicated myself to learning, new skills that I would need to do for the post. I have committed 110% to the position. I am very passionate about care provisions and its always been a strong value of mine. Since being with fairway I have accomplished my AET qualification. I was also nominated & reached to a finalist for the 2018 care awards for innovated trainer of the year. I am a very unique trainer that motivates others to learn in a stimulating environment and Adaptive teaching style.
