I had an excellent experience selling my property through sellmyhome.co.uk with Harry and Robbie. I found the whole process very smooth and there was always someone on hand to respond to my questions. Robbie ran things day to day and provided a very personal experience, being extremely proactive with updates as well as chasing the other parties in the transaction. The savings I realised of over £9000 on a modest property whilst having a very responsive team helping me means I would recommend sellmyhome.co.uk to anyone needing an agent to sell their property. I thought there may be a compromise on service given that size of a saving but I was delighted that wasn't the case. The one aspect they don't do when compared to the traditional model is viewings and I really enjoyed showing prospective buyers around my home, passing on information on the property and local area. We received 2 offers from 3 viewings and within 2 weeks of the property being in the market so the qualification for the viewers is excellent, meaning that you don't waste your time with neighbours popping round for a viewing.
