Manada fabricated and installed an 18" wide standing seam roof on our 35 square roof in El Sobrante. Their staff was professional and courteous and diligent to get everything perfectly installed from the plywood sheathing to the last piece of flashing. We needed stucco to be done as well and they created a perfect match. We did matching gutters and leaf guards and skylights. No injuries occurred and the property was left clean. All the steps were explained to me in detail and I'm confident the roof will be around long passed my lifetime. More...

I contacted other companies but they would not just install one downspout which was all that I needed and Manada stepped up and they took care of it I will definitely call them for more gutter work on my home later on down the road and I will recommend them to my friends. !
