I was hosting my friend's baby shower and I had a sample of Mama Taylor's fudge at a work event, and I remember it was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Â So I knew I wanted to have her treats at my friends baby shower! Â Mama Taylor was so responsive and helpful throughout the process from picking out flavors, providing advice along the way on having a successful dessert table, to working with me on a picky venue, and down to the finishing touches of the wrapping and she coordinated the colors of the bows on the wrapped fudge with the color scheme of the event! The day of the event, she delivered the fudge early, helped me set up the dessert table and was just so sweet. Â And they were a hit! Â We ordered the Caramel by the Sea fudge and the Crushed Red Velvet with Cream Cheese topping and they were both so dreamy. Â The Caramel by the Sea had the right hint of sea salt, and the red velvet was so creamy. Â The guests loved the presentation, details and delicious treats! Hubby (coach Gamboa) bought me the nutter butter fudge and the one with Oreos and they are AMAZING! I should know, When I was a kid, my family would buy fudge from every shop from here to Northern California! I've never had anything like this before! FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!! Ever since I tried their fudge at the LA Cookie Con and Treat show, I couldn't get them out of my mind. I had only tasted the Original Fudge and it was so delicious. Just melt in your mouth awesome. Now a couple months later I finally was able to order some online. They have the best customer service which is hard to find so when I do I appreciate it. We ran into Mama Taylor at the Long Beach chocolate festival and she made our day.... Not only with her kindness (thanks for taking our tickets when others were turning us away! ).... but the treats were delicious too!We got to try 2 types of fudge - peanut butter and cookies & cream. Both were good, but we especially liked the cookies & cream which tasted like the middle part of an Oreo! But personally my favorite were the peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, which were baked perfectly (soft and a little chewy) and full of flavor (unlike many PB cookies you could really taste the flavor and there were chocolate chips in every bite).I happen to live in Chino Hills so it was a doubly good day... Enjoying some treats now and I'm happy to have found a local bakery for the next time my sweet tooth strikes! More...

Wow! Tried a variety of sweets yesterday at Mama Taylor's table at the Belmont Shore Chocolate Festival and boy were they good! !I bake as a hobby myself, and nothing worse than trying sweets and feeling like you can make it better yourself... or when they tastes overly-processed with preservatives, yuck. That is NOT the case at all with Mama Taylor's fudge and cookies! They were really really good; taste homemade with high-quality ingredients, fresh tasting, and worth every calorie! For anyone who knows how hard it is to make fudge, she's got it down pat! Smooth, rich, and flavorful!Thank you for the delicious treats; I will definitely be keeping my eyes out for Mama Taylor in any upcoming Belmont Shore events.
