My son spilt tea on his not very old Macbook and we thought it was beyond repair (in fact we were led to believe this by an Apple recommended repair shop). I called Mama Llama about my PC - I really thought I would need a new one, but after talking through the problem on the phone, I was advised that it could likely be repaired. As it turned out, this was the case - my computer is now running quickly and efficiently - it is like a new machine at a fraction of the cost.
The service I received was extraordinary - the computer was collected, fixed, delivered and set up for me. I was kept abreast of what was happening throughout and all my questions have been answered quickly, informatively and in a way I could understand.

I had a desktop which kept crashing. I knew Daniel from his previous job where he fixed a computer for another machine of mine. He did a diagnosis of the problem, identified several issues, gave me the prices which were great and different options depending on how I wanted my "new" pc to perform. My laptop went kaboiing (technical term...) and luckily I was recommended Daniel at Mama LLama (great name!). Initially he gave me a few tips to check it wasn't a minor problem (turned out it wasn't), then took it in and fixed it, keeping me informed of progress.
