What do you love most about your job?

I love to help people achieve what it is they desire by helping them to improve their emotional wellbeing.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My 10 year old daughter died from a brain tumour. She was my role model to as she would always put others first so that she could help them. This at the tender age of just 10 and knowing she was going to pass away. She gave me strength and courage to go on and help others in her name.

Why should our clients choose you?

Unlike many therapists or counsellors that rely on just one therapeutic technique, I have the skills and tools to use many different therapies, in conjunction with one another, to help speed up the recovery process and improve your emotional wellbeing. I am able to help in many areas including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, coping skills, post-traumatic stress disorder, bereavement, weight loss, smoking cessation, phobias, emotional dysregulation, stress management, goal setting, positive thinking, relationship counselling, anger management, stress and panic attacks to name but a few.
