Malleny offer a service that one used to be able to get from your bank. Provided your assets are sufficient, Malleny are the people to go to when you need bridging finance for the overlap of house purchase and sale. This is a very well run operation who pride themselves on ensuring you get the best service. At a stressful time, it was good to be able to park my needs with them and for them to source the funding I needed.
