I have always worked out in spurts due to loss of motivation. At Mako CrossFit, I do not have this problem. All of the coaches, as well as the other members, are super friendly, helpful, and motivating! The coaches consistently ensure you have the correct form and are always willing to provide a workout modification to meet your current fitness level. I also love how I never have to think of what workout I want to do each day since new workouts are provided for members daily. If you are looking for a gym to drop in at or one to call home, this is the gym for you. Hands down the best gym in the Pensacola area and could very well content with the best in the business. I have been to many CrossFit gyms in the past and this gym excels in every aspect of fitness that you can imagine. CF Mako welcomed me with open arms as I was dropping in from Atlanta unannounced while visiting Pensacola. I stayed about 30 minutes away and it was more than worth the drive to get there.
