I had Ashley work with my corgi. My older one would NEVER listen to me. She took her in for a board and train session. It has only been a few days since I got her back and WOW ! ! I can't believe the difference. I know we still have some things to work on, but I am having her start to work with my other dog now! I am so impressed with her knowledge. Thanks, Ashley!! More...

Ashley is a natural with all dogs, no matter the size or breed. She's the perfect balance of patient and assertive to make dogs respond positively (and painlessly) as her training methods are effective and compassionate. She helped me with my first dog, a male German Shepherd from the first night I brought him home from a shelter. She's informative, reliable, and professional! I highly recommend getting your dog trained with Ashley, as long as YOU are willing to keep up the training with your dog for best results! Positive experience for the dog AND the owner. More...

Two years ago we adopted a rescue, Huck. It became very obvious in the first few days that he had some behavioral issues. Though small, he had a mean bark and an even nastier bite . We were afraid we were going to have to take him back to the rescue because he was attacking not only me and my husband, but our other dog. Thankfully, we found Ashley. She was able to do the seemingly impossible by training both Huck and us. I am so unbelievably grateful to her for enabling us to keep Huck in our family and for giving us the tools we needed to be the owners he needed. More...

Ashley and her services were exactly what we were looking for with our dogs Violet and Rigby!
We rescued Violet at about 8 months old, and Rigby at 8 years old, and both came to us with a few behavioral problems and lacking manners. It took us a while to find a trainer that we felt comfortable with, who could also help us get the results we wanted.

Ashley met with us initially for a free consultation which was great because it took us a while to find a trainer we clicked with, and having to pay for multiple 1 hour sessions with different trainers just to decide they weren't right for us was getting expensive and frustrating. We really appreciated that she was willing to come out and talk with us and meet the dogs and listen to our goals and concerns without charging us any fee.

We knew right away after meeting Ashley that she was the trainer for us! She takes a no-nonsense attitude and won't let the dogs get away with anything! She taught us multiple ways to communicate with our dogs, as well as how to set limits and enforce them. With her help our dogs have made great strides in their behavior, and after every session we see improvements!

Violet used to bark uncontrollably at any sound she would hear outside, and now she listens to us when we tell her to stop! She has also learned to master the down stay even with distractions and has become a much nicer dog when we have guests over! We have also gotten the hang of loose leash walking and "heel". Another nice thing is that Ashley will bring out one of her dogs to help us work with dog-to-dog interactions!
Ashley is efficient and creative with her training practices and understanding and patient with her clients as well. She will work with your schedule and within your comfort zone to reach your dog training goals!

We are excited about the progress we've seen and enjoy working with Ashley! The dogs took to her right away and look forward to our training sessions too!
