Thinking of hiring these guys? Think no more! They are excellent! Words can't stress enough how happy I am with the work I had done in my house. All members of the team are carefully selected and extremely (extremely!!) professional. The work done was to the highest standard and not rushed. We started with a bathroom (you will be amazed with the before and after pictures!!) and we were so happy with the service provided that we chose Bespoke for the rest of the renovation (loft, kitchen, wc, pointing, rendering, flauncing etc). What makes Bespoke different is that it has members with a true passion for what they are doing which makes them see no problems but challenges and opportunities for excellence. STOP!! COWBOY FIRM Would give zero stars if we could. conducted a job for my elderly grandad and the flat roof has leaked ever since. Refused to come out and correct it and said simply “it wasn’t their problem”. Jonny the company’s so called director was abusive and threatening and made my grand dad feel vulnerable when he was simply asking about the job and why it had been fitted in this way. The job was left for months leaking and we have had to instruct others to re do the works. Won’t refund my grandad and instead an unnamed man was threatening and abusive on the telephone. Trading standards and Soliciotors now involved. Now been told of other problems with this company after moving premises. Apparently they up and move to Avoid complaints.Don’t believe the positive reviews elsewhere about this firm, they wouldn’t let us leave a negative review on Check a trade. Can’t imagine we are alone. Disgraceful what they have made an old man feel like.DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. You have been warned. More...

I would highly recommend this firm for any work you want carried out on your property. They replaced old plastic facia, soffits and guttering on six dormer windows, applied dry verge and ridging to the roof and fitted a new back door. Last January I had my roof redone of bespoke and 12 months later they were back to demolish a garage and outhouse and built a double storey extension to the side and single storey to the back of my house. Its taken them just 12 short weeks to transform my tiny house into a beautiful home! The lads have answered my 1000 questions a day happily. If they arnt 101% happy with somthing it gets redone even when I didn't see what wasn't quite right! I couldnt recommend them highly enough to anyone getting any work done! How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
if it has been built in the past 10/20 year it will be up to BAA standard and can be converted quite easily
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Same garages dont need plans or permission but will came under building reg
so at bespoke we will help you though the paper work and quote the job
After quote has been accepted we will book you in the fitting queue and a start date is given
there will be a fitting team set from day one to start and finish the contracted work to schedule time scale and high standard of workmanship and work alone side the customer and building control to sign all the work off for insurance purposes

being in the construction building and roofing industry i new i wanting to work for myself always being let down or left high and dry wanting for the next contract to start i leaned very early on i wanted to work for myself to help my family and community to have a great roofing and building company at the other end of the phone to fix and sort any problems they were dealing with in my capable hands and i have done for the pass 7 years i have ran this company
