I first met Emma a few years ago when she did my bridesmaids make up for my brother's wedding and I loved it! I told her to go wild on my face and I loved the beautifully natural look she gave me. When it was then my turn to get married, I didn't hesitate to book Emma to do my hair and make up! From the initial booking, to the trial and on the day itself, I was thrilled. The communication was always friendly and professional. I feel I could really say what I wanted but also took on Emmas' knowledge to create the perfect look for my day. I felt beautiful but again natural and very much myself. It was a joy to have Emma there the morning of my wedding. She also did my bridesmaids make up who prefers it a little thicker and she smashed that too! Our hair was also wonderful and both hair and make up lasted way longer than I thought it would. What do you love most about your job?
Makeup is my passion and i also love working with and helping people.
Weddings and proms are such special occasions in a person’s life, and it is an amazing feeling to be part of that someone’s day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have done makeup since I left school, firstly studying Theatrical and Media makeup in college. I have been doing makeup alongside my accountancy job as a hobby for many years and decided (now being older and having more confidence in my abilities) it was time to make it real. So i went to London to refresh my qualifications and set the business up.. and here I am :-)
