There are no words to describe how amazing Ward, Julie and his team are. They are the experts. Ward has so much passion for what he does which shows with the food he produces. He’s not scared to push the boundaries and was not phased at any requests. Well what can I say..... Ward catered for my wedding of 110 day guests and 150 evening guests. The service was brilliant start to finish. We were served a delicious feed at a tasting which led us to booking make it perfect events. On the day the staff were so professional... Julie was front of house and she did an amazing job at keeping me calm.... thanks Julie. All my guests loved the food and especially the hog roast. Recently booked Ward for my friends 40th birthday party at the fabulous Lola venue. Make up perfect events supplied a top class Buffett of cheese and breads with oils pastrami ect the food was amazing the cheese selection was fantastic it was all displayed perfectly would have no issue in recommending or using Ward again well done for bringing top class service to Scunthorpe.

I can't recommend Ward and his staff enough. They catered for our wedding at Walcot Hall on 25th August and the food was absolutely beautiful. Ward was so helpful when choosing our food and everyone commented on how nice it was. We also hired the sweetie cart, centrepieces and thrones from Ward and they all looked amazing and really made our wedding exactly what we had dreamed of. Ward catered our wedding in Newark on the 2nd June in marquee at my parents' house. He made our dream of having a three course meal in the marquee come true. The food was fantastic, we had salmon followed by beef wellington which everyone loved. Ward was kind and genuine from the beginning, and with his team worked incredibly hard to make it perfect! From the first tasting to on the day Ward was great throughout. Not only excellent food but thinks about everything around it too, presentation, timings, wine.

Catered for our whole wedding, canapés, 2 courses and evening food. Really made sure he knew our preferences and his suggestions all catered exactly to our food favourites.

Couldn't have asked for a better chef, 5 weeks on guests are still speaking about him (positively of course)

With three mothers in our family, we wanted to do something different to celebrate Mother's Day together! This was made possibly by the lovely afternoon tea that you prepared for us. Not only was it easy to organise this with Ward but the food was presented on time and in a superb display. Everyone enjoyed the selection of traditional sandwiches with amazing fillings that had their own unique twist as well as the mini quiches, which added more savoury options. This was all followed by wonderful sweet treats from scones with clotted cream to the most amazing lemon posset.

So last night I surprised Benny Beno Ldn James with a private dining evening with Make it Perfect.
The table set up and decor was amazing with our matching thrones this gave the evening a really nice touch.
The food was exquisite and freshly cooked in my kitchen in front of us and served up by chef Ward Burkill he created us a menu that suited our taste and it was just next level.
We had
•Butternut squash with Parmesan and truffle oil
•salt cod and mussels chowder
•Beef and silk mash with 5 onions with a red wine Madeira sauce
•lemon possat
•chocolate coulant with salted caramel sauce and raspberry ripple cream
