To get fit and healthy, you must have accountability and discipline and you must keep track of what you eat Md the type of food you eat

What do you love most about your job?

I love the fact that I get to see my clients grow and become stronger. I celebrate the small victories with them which lead to the big accomplishments. It is all about making my clients become stronger, healthier and educating them on a new lifestyle.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I lost 130 pounds on my own and got a passion for fitness and I decided to get my personal training certification to help and motivate clients. I wanted to show them it can be done and they can do it with support and the right information.

Why should our clients choose you?

We come to the client's home to save them time and money. They spend more time focusing on the workout rather than sitting in traffic. Also I can relate to the client because I am a weight loss success story myself and I know what it takes to go on the journey to become fit and healthy.
I have been trained and educated through the National Academy of Sports Medicine where I have received my certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
