I had experience with this company previously at a close friend's wedding, and I thought it was great, so I kept a business card for the future. 4 days before my boyfriend's sister's wedding, I had called a total of four photobooths, including this one. Out of all, this one was the most bang for your bucks! Their prices included a CD and a webpage for you to view all of your pictures. 2 days out, I was so busy that I had missed follow up calls and e-mails from them, but they were persistent enough to keep in touch with me. I chose the enclosed Photo Booth option since their open one was already booked-- it came with all kinds of props and you could even customize your backdrop & photo strip design, down to the color/theme and even the font. I couldn't choose, so I emailed them a picture of the wedding invitation and they matched it nearly on the dot! Not only were they very accommodating to last minute changes to the venue area, but they were very understanding of the situation. Andres was early to set up before the event even started and came back as booked. He was very professional and attentive to such a vain crowd, especially the kiddos! Even though he had already turned the Photo Booth off, he turned it back on and granted me and my family one last photo. Very Satisfy with my service, it was a surprise gift to my niece and glad Make A Face Photo Booth was part of it we got a lot of compliments of the pictures and even the set up matching our 15 theme. ... the Gentlemen was very friendly and polite to my guest and myself. We were completely satisfied with the service provided from Make a Face Photo Booths. From the initial inquiry, to the end of the party, Andres was very polite, attentive, professional, and prompt. Andres provided great service for my 40th birthday party. He was on time, prompt with his responses, and put together a great print out of the photos. .. My only gripe is that he hasn't seen The Big Lebowski, hopefully by now he has remedied that. I will totally use him in the future!!! More...

I contacted Make a Face somewhat last minute and was so lucky they were available for my parents' masquerade ball. We used the open photo booth and were so impressed by the entire set up. The backdrop was beautiful and looked just as pictured from their site. All the various props were in excellent condition and were displayed very nicely. The quality of the pictures and prints were beyond what we had imagined and we loved having the ability to create a custom photo print for our event.The service Andres showed was exceptional. He responded promptly to every email and was very friendly. Our service attendant at the event was also very friendly and patient, which was greatly appreciated. We had quite a bit of people and some older guests that were not as tech savvy so it was nice that the attendant took the time to show everyone how to email the pics to yourself. Definitely a wonderful and professional photo booth company. If you are looking for a photo booth company with a sleek and cool set up this is the one for you! I was not disappointed!
Staff was professional and on time. They took care of the set up and take down. Staff helped me pick up best theme and props for my event. Very pleasant to work with and flexible.

Make a Face Photo Booth was so much fun at my wedding! The guests LOVED it! People were talking about it for weeks after the wedding. They loved having printed photos to take home with them. They also loved being able to access the online gallery and download the photos they took. The staff is very professional, and the equipment is state of the art. The photo booth itself is very elegant and added a layer of sophistication to my venue and décor. The guests liked how it was enclosed in addition to the “red carpet” entry. Everyone was extremely impressed with the variety and quantity of the props. Make A Face photo booths was amazing! We chose the white tent set up and it look wonderful inside the venue. I was so impressed with the variety of props that were available for us to use-- it was so hard to choose! The only thing that keeps me from rating them with 5 stars is the trouble I had with customizing the photo strip design-- getting something elegant and simple was a little bit of a challenge, but the designer and the staff worked with me on short notice to make sure everything turned out just like I wanted it.
