Since moving into 101 Via Mizner over a year ago, Maison Maids have cleaned our apartment on a weekly basis. They are dependable and trustworthy. I’ve read all the reviews and I’m not sure what the 1 star ratings are about. My experience has been nothing but exceptional. I moved to Boca Raton in December of 2017 and needed a cleaning service. MM not only was referred to me by my building but they also have the contract for the building common areas. I figured if the building vetted them and had nothing but good reviews then I would be comfortable giving them a try. I used MM for over a year and, as in any service business you develop a relationship. In my experience, Claudia listened to what I needed and accommodated all of my nuanced requests. I travel a lot and they are very flexible with our schedule. They have always been able to clean within a day or two of my requested time. They are 100% trustworthy and spend a lot of attention to the detail. MM accepts payment through Venmo so it’s super convenient to pay them even when I’m out of town.
