Held an event on 8-18-18 and hired Mainely Cupcakes to put together a cake and some favors. Cassandra went beyond just a cake and some favors. My event was incredible in part because of the awesome display that she put together which included my cake, cupcakes, cake pops, chocolate ribbons, and custom chip bags. She paid attention to every detail, as well as every conversation we had. The tasting day was super fun. The flavors that we tasted that day, as well as the ones we chose for our big day, were all very original, unique, and just absolutely delicious. They were a hit with all of our guests. I purchase my son's birthday cake from Mainely Cupcakes EVERY year! I give the theme and Cassandra delivers beyond my expectations EVERYtime! Mainely Cupcakes is NOT your average bakery--Cassandra creates true works of ART! She has done two beautiful Communion cakes for my children and they were stunning! I gave her a basic idea/design and she did the rest of the artistic, creative work! I was able to tell her what flavors my children wanted and the cakes were spectacular - so fresh, moist and delicious! The best part of my experience with Mainely Cupcakes was Cassandra's willingness to work with my son's nut allergy while creating his Communion cake. Most bakeries just say "sorry, we can't guarantee safety for a nut allergy." But NOT Cassandra! She walked me through her safety protocol so I understood how she would be creating the cake to ensure safety for my son. My son was so happy that he was able to have the cake he chose because Cassandra puts in that extra love and attention for her clients. She truly is an angel and an amazing artist!
