I have to brag on the flowers and cake for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. This was such a special evening for our family. The beautiful flowers were from Main Street Florist in Columbiana and were absolutely gorgeous! The altar flowers in my parents honor at church were breathtaking! The best florist in the business!! Everyone here is so friendly and nice, and (this is kinda random) they have the funniest cards like one with just a bra that says "you have my support", and another one that's of a *certain gardening tool* that says "happy birthday you old hoe" This place is great, and there's always something interesting to see. Love being able to drop by for fresh flowers for our home. They always have seasonal decor as well! You can also get fresh organic farm eggs. Great florist that is very convenient. Not living in the area I was looking for a florist that could deliver a beautiful happy bouquet of flowers to my daughter on Valentine's day. I called many the day prior to the "big day" most couldn't take my order as they were not receiving new orders. Main Street Florist not only took my order but listened to the "why" of my need for something very happy. And! They delivered the most perfect boutique of flowers right to her office Valentine's day. Ordered flowers to be delivered to a local hospital. They were a special order and were out for delivery in no time (same day). To my surprise my friend was released from the hospital not long after the order was placed. After some back and forth conversations with MSF the delivery person went above and beyond to try and catch my friends on the way out of the hospital but they missed each other. I called back to Main Street Florist and they were happy to accommodate the new delivery location the next day BUT they surprised my friend by making the home delivery the same day. I'm going all in with five stars because there are lots of things that put Main Street Florist "over the top". My favorite place EVAH for flowers in the Ham - Both ordering and receiving. I'm always a happy girl when I see Miss Q at my door w a beautiful bunch from Main Street Florist! I am lucky that I live in MT Laurel ... 'cause when people want to send me flowers (just in case anyone out there is really reading this!), they look at the closest thing to my house which happens to be Main Street. I am a fanatic when it comes to flowers. I want mine perfect, and, while there is a lot of "perfection" with flowers in other big cities, there is nothing like MSF here in the Ham. The flowers are fresh, and different, and always bundled up nicely, not in some random "florist" vase that nobody wants to re-use - but has 15 of in their bottom kitchen cabinet - yah - you know the ones. These vessels are well thought out and creatively decorated (like pretty short squares with banana plant-like leaves encasing the beautiful arrangement). The presentation is always perfect. I have had Main Street do many a soiree for me as well. From very, very elegant to "farmer's market" chic! Main Street is also the place to go for holiday arrangements, wreaths, plants, etc - and the owner is more than happy to come do an installment of fresh, beautiful Christmas-y arrangements / decorations for you.On the "OTHERS" list:- They do neat kid-friendly birthday stuff - invites, decorations, etc.- They have a wonderful collection of candles (all the great names)- They have gorgeous picture frames and other nice gifts While you can drop a pretty penny in this place, it's well worth it. Susan did a fantastic job arranging a flower spray for my grandmother's service. We went in with opinions from 11 grandchildren and the outcome was perfect. Just as beautiful as we had hoped. Great service and skill in working with families going through a difficult time which is always a plus.
