We had to get our back door of our complex replaced, but we realized that the contact for the alarm system was also removed when it was too late. Â The alarm system would not function and I couldn't find any help online, and called at least a dozen companies, all with no luck. Â Even the manufacturer couldn't help us. Â I found Main Line Protection and gave them a call to schedule for a service person to come by, as we knew that we would incur costs, but at least it would fix our issue. Â I caught Matt Gough on the phone and instead of sending someone over, he emailed me the program pdf to see if we could take care of the issue ourselves, with no charge and no hassle. Â 15 minutes later, we were good to go.This is the type of service that deserves 5 stars- the fact that he helped us out without having any prior business together. Â Main Line Protection will be the first people I call for any security services that we will need in the future for our management company. Â Thank you guys so much for your efforts. More...

What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to interact with people and help come up with a solution to solve their problem, and fits their budget.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My father. My Dad and I are currently business parters in Main Line Protection Services. He was previously a Lower Merion Police Officer for 25 years. All of my life I wanted to be a Cop and he always told me no, no go into to business! Well we did it!
