I went into the branch in Solihull, where I had been given lots of information to post a package to Greece as my partner is there. Thankfully Jack was on shift… he was absolutely fantastic. Completely rude and unprofessional. I visited the Store with a printed FedEX label for international shipment. Was told I need an invoice, tried to get an invoice from FedEx account holder. While, doing that, I asked what the invoice is or looks like ( for reference). "It doesn't matter, you don't need to know." "You are wasting my time by asking"... He raised his voice at me, and the way he talks down to customers is disgraceful. All of us don't work at a courier, what's in your head isn't in mine. As a shop which represents FedEx and does business on their behalf, you deserve 0 stars... A masive ‘Thank You’ MBE Glasgow (Glynis). My item arrived safely this morning. I’ve been buying and selling ceramics for more than 20 years and consider myself an expert in packaging ceramics safely for transport by mail, no-one packs like I do, or so I thought. Last week I bought my most treasured item to date, a ceramic version of the FA Cup by Portmeirion Pottery, I have been searching for this item for years. It’s cost was £1,000 but to me it is almost priceless. It is the Holy Grail for Portmeirion collectors. Finding it for sale was one thing. Winning at auction was another but finding a way to get it to the other end of the country (from Glasgow to Portsmouth) was my biggest worry. I’ll be honest, deciding to use MBE, a 3rd party packing / delivery company took huge leap of faith on my part. The number of unique, irreplaceable Portmeirion pieces that I have received damaged, often smashed to pieces and consequently worthless due to poor packing over the years is heartbreaking. Do not have your nails done here, the manicurist hasn't got a clue what she is doing, she filed around the gel to even up the edges because she got the gel all over the edge of my nails and took have my skin with it and god only now's what she put put on them but it wasn't what I had put on whilst on a cruise, before she put the stuff on she commented on how healthy my nails were, we'll not anymore they have split halfway down the nail which is very painful, they are now in such terrible condition, I believe the gel she used was a cheap version of shellac which has done this to my nails, never again will i get my nails done at this salon !

Not impressed with the service from the director yesterday. She was late to work, then busy and clearly didn't value my business (as she only cut three inches off across the bottom and then delegated to others).
