These guys were absolutely awesome! Mike, the office manager, was continually gracious with me even though I had to make some last minute timing changes. He was always positive and made moving out that much better. In addition, the wonderful cleaner Dayle, did an UNBELIEVABLE job cleaning my home. She went above and beyond all expectations I had to do an incredible job. I cannot say enough about how great her work is and how hard she worked. Kitchen, bathrooms, and both carpeted and hardwood areas were scrubbed clean. Immaculate! If you need a good deep cleaning of your apartment/home after moving out, I can confidently recommend Maidsway to you. Also, I'd request Dayle. She helped me more than I can say. More...

I've used Maidsway twice now and have overall been happy with the service. I had one minor hiccup with the first visit when only one person showed up to do a big job and it took a lot longer than expected, but Maidsway made it right with a discount on the next service. I used Maidsway again this weekend for a move out/make ready and the team of 2 who showed up did a fantastic job making my townhouse look beautiful. And they did make-ready special touches, like staging the window blinds all the same way and folding the toilet paper. How long have you been in business?
I launched Maidsway Cleaning Services back in July of 2017. I had so many not so good experiences with housekeepers that I knew there was a lot of room for improvement in this sector. We pride ourselves on only hiring the best and providing the best customer service as well. We are 5 star ranked on Yelp and already earned a Super Service Award from Angies List in our first year. We are a proud member of Better Business Bureau with an A Rating!
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes we provide all of our own cleaning supplies for every job. If preferred though we can use our clients based off their needs and requests.
What do you love most about your job?
What we love most about our job is seeing the smile and look of surprise when the clients are so happy with our work and growing those relationships to become one big family!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been an entrepreneur and actually owned an E-waste Recycling Company before this one that I sold back in 2014. I love the competition and the ability to be in charge of your own destiny! I love to have fun at work also and make a great living!
Why should our clients choose you?
We genuinely care about each client and realize that this is an intimate business model. Our clients are allowing us to come into their homes or place of business and share that with us, so we appreciate that and show that we care about their needs. All of the cleaning technicians have years of experience and have passed rigorous background checks. Also we are insured and bonded up to a million dollars of coverage. We offer online booking in less than 60 seconds so you can pay with Credit Card, Cash or Check.

Yes we provide online booking or bookings over the phone. We come to your property and perform the cleaning service.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We always sterilize our cleaning equipment, wear masks, and make sure to send anyone home who is not feeling well. Our customers are also very good about notifying us if they don't feel well so we can reschedule.
