Maids and More is a wonderful group of people to work with. They work with you to schedule, review what tasks you want completed, and any billing information needing review. All staff members were very courteous and really hard working, always on task, and using among the best equipment and products to get the job done. Maids and More saved me this weekend! We had new floors put in and didn't know they would be sanding. We came home Thursday night to a house covered in a light cement dust, EVERYWHERE! The flooring company got back to me a little after 5pm the next day - Friday - to let me know I could call someone to come out and clean my house. I called about 20ish cleaning companies, but no one answer. Until Jim, the owner of Maids and More saved the day! Not only did he know what I was dealing with, he was able to send out a couple people from his crew the very next day at 9am, talk around quick turnaround! It took the ladies 13ish hours to clean our house, but it was spotless when we got home. They washed wall, , furniture, windows, hanging pots, décor high up on cabinets, outlets, cords, frames - you name it, it got cleaned. So thankful that Jim picked up the phone late Friday afternoon. My parents are aging and really needed to have their carpets cleaned. Maids and More came out and did a good job of cleaning their carpets, and when they called my Mom to check out their work, she informed them that there were a couple of stains on the carpet that had come back through.
