This is such a great company! They're trustworthy and considerate with scheduling (we've had to move days here and there) and they always communicate any last minute weather impacts (ex: hurricane plans) and they truly have the best interests of their customers and employees at heart. I am very pleased with Maidpro's housecleaning services. Ashley is very pleasant and she does a great job making my house look shiny and clean . My daughter loves her. Ashley takes her time wiping down all the surfaces and making sure they are dust free. Sometimes I will leave a note asking for cleaning of specific areas and she will leave me a note in return confirming my request was taken care of. I was shocked to come home one day and noticed the floors in my laundry room were completely scuff free. I could not get those marks off myself so I just gave up trying. She left me a note saying she would share the cleaning tool she used on the floor on her next visit. :) After each cleaning, Ashley leaves behind a cleaning checklist of all the areas that she was able to cover in the 2.5 hours that she is at my house. I've been a satisfied customer of Maid Pro for over 7 years. My cleaning lady (and friend) has been more than I could've wished. Sonia Rosario is a very conscientious worker, courteous, thorough in her work and disciplined about her hours, though she can always do that one last little job I may like at the end of her day (5 extra minutes).The thing that really endears her to me is that, in addition to her time-consuming job, she is now caring for an elderly crippled Mother who she brought to live in her family home!
