Maidfantastic are a family operated cleaning agency, the business is run by both Sam & Charlotte who want to provide a high quality level of service for all customers.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
For hygiene purposes we ask you provide a hoover and mop and bucket. We can bring our own supplies for an additional £2.50.
What do you love most about your job?
We love providing outstanding cleaning, we look after our cleaning partners and customers and want to ensure you get the best level of service which is often missed in the industry!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We tried to call several cleaning companies, unfortunately we had a hard time getting through to anyone! More often than not, unless you want to go with a nationwide company (where the customer experience is even worse) the owners of cleaning companies are out cleaning. We ensure our phones are always operated and managed (during working hours of course) to ensure that we can answer, adjust bookings, answer queries and provide quotes quickly and efficiently.
