Maid4u charges a lot of money for the placement of a "presttige" domestic helper. They promise that they have screened this helper and that she has at least 3 traceable references from previous employers. They promise to make all documents, including references available to you once you have chosen the domestic and made payment. Once I had paid the placement fees, I had to chase Maid4u to fullfill all their promises. The person I dealt with at Maid4u is called Tabisa. When I contacted my chosen helper to confirm her start date, It appeared that my salary offer hadn't been communicated to her. Maid4u did not send any documentation on the helper until I asked for it, and when they finally sent something, it was incomplete. They asked me to do the criminal record check myself (after I had paid for this service) and they did not provide the references from previous employers. Their excuses for this bad service ranged from loadshedding to glitches with their online system. They have been unable to provide any references from previous employers to support the claims they are making about the helper's experience and character (the promise was at least 3 traceable references). Since Maid4u can not produce the references they claim to have screened, I asked the helper herself for them, and she too is unable to show me any reference letters from past employers. In the absence of the all important references, I have canceled my employment offer and requested a refund of the placement fee I paid. Maid4u has not responded to my request for a refund. Tabisa, my contact at Maid4u, says it is not her intention to send me from pillar to post, but this is outside her line of authority. I have received no communication from the person whose line of authority it is. What inspired you to start your own business?
I am personally was a cleaner and a maid , I saw the need for skills development and creation of a safe and secured platform for both employers and employees .

95% of our employees are working from home , We conduct virtual interviews and not face to face anymore ,All assigned employees are provided with at least 50 musks and Sanitizers , We have been encouraging all our employees to get vaccinated and up to this date 65% of our employees and applicants are vaccinated

Domestic Workers / Home Employee 5 Days Training Course
Are you frustrated by the fact that your house is not getting cleaned the way you would like it to? Do you feel your laundry is not cleaned the proper way? Do you still need to clean up after your home employee has worked?
We are offering an affordable and Hygiene cleaning course for your home employee . The modules includes 5 Star House cleaning , Laundrey and Care for Garments , Baking and Cooking , First Aid and CPR , Time Management , Personal Care and wellness , The modules are aimed at upskilling your employee and ensuring that your home is maintained by a Five Star employee, we help your home employee understand important aspects of Housekeeping , Cleaning , Hygiene , Food Preparation , Laundry and Care for Garments. We train only 10 – 20 employees at a time to give attention to each and every attendee.
This is a practical course where hand on training is provided so you can immediately see the
difference.

HOW WE TRAIN HOME EMPLOYEES.
We follow a 5 step process. Understand the brief
Introduce a cleaning methodology. Provide some theoretical guidance and
finally, we conduct practical training going through each room , We present the chemicals to be used and how they need to be used. Our facilitators are well trained and accredited in each of their field . Our trainer has a checklist which helps her cover all elements of training and the cleaning areas which she will need to train home employees on.
Nanny and Child Minding Training Course
Invest in the Care of your child, by investing R2600.00 towards professional training for your Domestic Nanny, Au Pair Or Child minder.
The training is provided by a qualified Paediatrician and ECD and Pre-School Teacher
