Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We bring all of our own cleaning supplies and vacuums. We ask that the homeowner provide toilet bowl brushes and any specialty cleaner they may want used on hardwood floors (i.e Bona mop and cleaner).
What do you love most about your job?
We love a good before and after; knowing that we've taken some stress and tension off of a homeowner that they can come home to a clean house, kick their feet up and know they won't have to spend their days off cleaning the house.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Due to some family circumstances, I found myself in a position where I couldn't work a traditional M-F job AND be the sole care taker for my children. Cleaning is something I've always enjoyed doing - its like my meditation - so I decided to start my own business. I chose the name "Maid Mama's" because it is my goal to give other moms a chance to work and financially contribute to their households while also being able to drop off and pick up their kids from school and come home and be "Mom" for the most important people in their lives.
