Maid in Heaven

Cleaning the house was like WWIII for me and my partner Chris. We are always super busy and always argued at each other about not having time to clean. After doing some research and reading of reviews..... We chose Maid in Heaven to ease our relationship tensions. Thank God we did.Our first cleaning was a deep clean with 2 cleaners, Tesla and Porsha. (I don't know how they managed to get two cleaners with car names to arrive at our home at the same time..... I thought it was funny ;)Both worked super hard and our house was cleaned so well....baseboards and all. We were Impressed.We continued with Tesla on a bi-weekly schedule because she was the one that had availability when we wanted the cleanings performed. It took a couple of visits for us to communicate and get all of our expectations met......but after talking and fine tuning... Tesla has done more than a fine job working on our home. We always look forward to having her here. We are consistently pleased with our service twice a month.We feel totally comfortable leaving her in our house alone as she truly is trustworthy. She also has a very accomdating "can do" attitude.We look forward to continuing our Maid in Heaven service. Thank you for a job well done. More...

Thank you, Maid In Heaven You're amazing!To be honest, I felt totally weird about hiring a cleaning service for a one-time clean. I have a disability and it makes some of the thorough, elbow-grease style cleaning really hard for me. Maid In Heaven did an absolutely incredible job. Emily made it super easy to schedule my appointment and every step was seamless.I mean, truly, everyone at Maid In Heaven set such a high bar for any company I may ever use again, ever. Cleaner (sorry I don't remember her name) was so efficient and quiet I barely knew she was there, and is not to mention just a very kind person. I tried my best to offer coffee and snacks, but she was so focused! Awesome cleaning by Maid In Heaven! Had our home cleaned for the first time last week. Allison is simply amazing! She was thorough, efficient and most pleasant. Emily and Jordan at the office were great also. Everything was done via email (except of course the cleaning of my home) Quick quote, quick booking and received an email after the cleaning to be sure I was happy. I had such a phenomenal experience when I used this company. I had them clean our new house before moving in. Other companies gave me ridiculously high quotes but Maid in Heaven pricing was extremely reasonable. Kimberly did an awesome job!! We had just re-done our floors and she got every speck of dust out of that house. She also kept me updated throughout the day which I really appreciated. Reliable cleaning service, always goes above and beyond. We have our home cleaned every other week, and even when unexpected things/life happen (like a car accident or a cleaner being sick), they always roll with the punches, and send out a different cleaner the same day who is ALWAYS just as awesome! Maid in Heaven is a Blessing! They always let me know if someone is running late, they confirm your appointment beforehand and follow up looking for feedback after each visit. They are reasonably priced and I think I may have their best employee cleaning for me. I don't want to say her name so she doesn't get too busy for me, LOL. Visiting my son who is a single professional and while he keeps his apartment tidy...tidy is not clean lol, so I called around the Charlotte area in search of a cleaning service and found Maid in Heaven! What a great service they are, firstly there's Emily who is very personable and professional, always cheerful and adaptive with my son's schedule, secondly the cleaner's, very personable, hard working, and focused. I never felt awkward while being in the apartment while they were working and never have I had to have them redo an area or point out something missed and they are the best priced service in the area. I've used Maid In Heaven since 2013 and have had wonderful experiences every time! From rental property move in/move out cleanings, to regularly scheduled home service, they have been dependable and very easy to work with every time. Scheduling with Emily is always a pleasure.
