Event Planning
Event planning is the process of managing a project such as a meeting, convention, tradeshow, ceremony, team building activity, party, or convention in order to create a show/event that creates memories of a lifetime. Event planning includes budgeting, establishing timelines, selecting and reserving the event sites, acquiring permits, planning food, coordinating transportation, developing a theme, arranging for activities, selecting speakers and keynotes, and so much more!
Wedding Planning
We bring the vision of brides and grooms to life by planning, organizing and overseeing all aspects of the wedding ceremony, reception and, often, the honeymoon. We ensure that the preparation, as well as the execution, of the couple’s big day goes smoothly and that the newlyweds are satisfied with the results.
Event Designer
As your event designer we are the artist, idea-maker and aesthetic visionary behind the event. We will work with the client on everything from selecting a color palette to creating a floor plan, choosing linens, furniture and other rentals, imagining the floral designs and even developing branding for the event or wedding.
