I've had the pleasure of knowing and working with Kevin and his team for years and they are the real deal. I have worked with Kevin and the Magna Leadership Solutions Team several times over the past few years to address several concerns. The attrition rate for our Call Center was exceeding goal, so we partnered with Magna Leadership Solutions to build out a customized benchmark assessment to become part of our hiring process. After implementing the assessment, over time our attrition rate dropped significantly, and our employee engagement survey scores increased; we were placing new hires with the attributes to be successful into our roles, and gained a more satisfied employee in the process.Another area where Kevin and the Magna Leadership Solutions Team helped was bringing our senior leadership together for a series of workshops designed to improve our management styles, bridge gaps to ensure consistency in application, and tools to keep us engaged and practicing what we learned in the workshops.
