Short version: highly recommend, look no further!Prior to finding Ramina, I spent hours researching newborn photographers in Los Angeles. I was looking for someone who had clear, crisp, colorful photography that also had some of the must-haves for newborn shoots - extensive experience with newborns, sterilized environment, vaccinations, passion for their work, and transparency on costs/what was included. Ramina checked all of these boxes. From my first interaction with her, she was so sweet to work with. She explained her style and answered all of my questions. She was even open to me sending her inspiration prior to the shoot to make sure she captured photos that we truly loved. Our baby came a few weeks early but scheduling the shoot with Ramina was seamless and she was very accommodating.The day of shoot was super pleasant as well. Her studio was so zen and calming. She was a natural with our baby. She had a heater to keep the baby comfortable and her wardrobe and decor to choose from was impressive. We couldn't be happier with both the photo shoot and the resulting photos. Ramina is very sweet and kind. She provided a very calming environment which allowed our baby to get relaxed and sleepy (also well fed) before we started. Her space gets amazing natural light. She helped us pick out the baby outfits, and even had great dresses for me to wear. She handled our little girl so well so that we could relax while she got started with pictures. I found Ramina through doing research online and reached out to her after I fell in love with her photos on her Instagram profile. I was 37 weeks pregnant when I decided that I wanted professional maternity photoshoot. Ramina was very nice to fit me in her schedule even though it was very last minute. On the day of my photoshoot I got ready however my water broke and I ended up at the hospital delivering my baby boy :) I called her and she was SO nice and understanding. We talked about doing a newborn session instead. The newborn photoshoot was such a calming and amazing experience. Ramina is such a sweet person and knows how to work with newborns. Book your newborn session with Ramina now! I found Ramina on Instagram and instantly fell in love with her photographs. Ramina was responsive to my inquiry and pricing was transparent. I booked the grow with me package which includes a newborn, sitter and one-year-old cake smash sessions.On the day of the photoshoot, we were very late to the appointment because of the rush hour traffic (we live 50miles away). Ramina was very patient and nice even though we were extremely late. Upon arrival, we were greeted and she let us feed the baby and change the diaper first. She had everything well prepared for the photoshoot, and the studio was very clean and neat. We just handed our baby to her and enjoyed our time snacking. She was very professional, talented, patient, and sweet; so we did not even check on the baby during the photoshoot because we had full confident and we felt very safe to have her take care of our baby.We were given all the images in a week as promised and the fully edited ones in another week. Ramina is an excellent photographer and her work is amazing! She has such a warm personality and makes you feel right at home in her wonderful studio. This is key for newborn parents. She has prompt responses, flexible scheduling, and a quick turnaround for pictures. She is so caring and patient with babies, no matter how fussy they can get with 5 outfit changes! I am a long-time patient of Dr. Magid, and he has saved my life on several occasions and dealt with emergencies on many others. What more could you possibly ask for. I'm always given all the attention, care and time I need. I saw the other reviews here, and while I can't attest to their accuracy of course, they were not at all my experience, so I felt the need to write this review. Yes, I did get a lot of tests, but that's the reason why I go to the doctor and have insurance, I want as many non-invasive tests as possible. Personally, I'm not taking any risk my heart or lungs are not in good shape. Other "new" doctors practices I've been to, they don't consider my extensive medical history, you get at most 10 minutes of the doctor's time (or even they just give you a nurse practitioner and no doctor at all), and either way things get missed. Thank you very much Ramina for always making the most beautiful moments of my life unforgettable! I would like to share a wonderful experience during the maternity and newborn photo sessions Ramina considered all of my preferences from the place of the photo shoot, to the my look . Two weeks before we met in her studio and tried on different dresses for my maternity photo shoot. Ramina has a lot of beautiful and unique dresses and hair bands so you do not need to spend a lot of time looking for a beautiful outfit. Ramina chose the most beautiful places for a photo shoot, very bright and picturesque! During the photo session, Ramina constantly flew near me like a butterfly,straightened my hair, then the dress, taking care of my immaculate look . It was very easy to pose with Ramina, she unobtrusively offered her ideas, cheered and joked during the photo session. My photos are just like from the cover of a magazine! But that is not all !! After a month and a half, Ramina took photos for our daughters in her studio! I would like to separately note that in the studio it is very clean, and warm, Ramina also constantly regulated the temperature for my baby girl. She was very carefully and at the same time professionally held and changed my daughter. If she touched the scenery, she immediately washed her hands.  I was calm and enjoyed the process because I was completely sure that my daughter was in safe hands. In the studio there are thousands of outfits for children, everything is so cute, unique, I wanted to try everything on my daughter. Photos are like postcards, I look at them and cry from happiness! A very pleasant moment, in the studio there are complementary water and snacks for all customers. I highly highly recommend Ramina! She took the most beautiful and amazing pictures for our daughter's first year cake smash photo shoot. She was so patient and kind throughout the whole shoot and she truly cared about the quality of her work and about us being happy with the final photos we received. Her studio is clean, beautiful, and immaculate and she worked with us to capture the theme of her birthday. She was patient when we had to take breaks to feed our daughter and change diapers. We had such a great newborn photoshoot session with Ramina. Before even meeting her, I was drawn to her style. I was not sure what to expect at the session since this is our first baby, but she was so wonderful with our baby and I felt totally relaxed and comfortable having Ramina hold and calm her down during the shoot. Ramina was also extremely calm, patient, and catered to various family members who were at the shoot (my dad really wanted to see his granddaughter in a cute tiara he saw on Ramina's prop shelf, she totally obliged). The newborn photos we just received last week are beautiful! I did the 'Grow with Me' package and my husband and I are very happy with all the shots. Ramina was very attentive to photography style and color themes for all staging so it matched our personal style and needs.  She knew what colors worked together, what poses worked best and worked speedily to capture the perfect moments.  Also, she was gentle and patient with our newborn and even changed his diapers and fed him with our prepared bottle.  The whole shoot was a breeze and a great time for me to relax in her beautifully lit studio.Another thing I'll mention: not often do photographers let you look through their reel and pick the shots you would like edited.  It gives the parents and family a chance to sift through and select the ones that are most meaningful to them, and I'm glad Ramina gave us that chance!She's professional and an absolute joy to work with.  I cannot wait to do my next shoots with her this year!! Ramina is such a gifted artist with meticulous attention to detail. Her photographs are effortlessly classy and she will make on-the-spot, yet experienced decisions to capture a unique moment (or to make the best of a non-ideal situation). Ramina is also the sweetest and kindest person you will ever meet so you will immediately feel comfortable and at ease during your photoshoot. This makes for great photos when you're the subject or when she's photographing your delicate little newborn. Also, because she is a mother herself, she understands how to work well with children of different ages. During my maternity photoshoot, she got my 2-year old daughter to look at the camera in so many pictures using just her charisma and a little bit of dancing around to get her attention. When we got to see all of our photos a week later (which, btw, is a pretty quick turnaround considering the pics were all color-corrected), it was so difficult to choose our favorites for final editing. There were SO MANY we loved! My husband and I finally picked our favorites and OMG! Just when I thought the photos couldn't look better, they looked extra perfect! We couldn't be happier!All in all, Ramina has the perfect balance between creativity and perfection which is what you need in a photographer who's capturing some of your most important moments in life. What an incredible experience!!! I had done my maternity shoot with Ramina a couple months ago and had a blast. The pictures turned out amazing and we were extremely happy with her so we decided to also book a newborn session. We just finished our newborn session and I couldn't wait to write this and share my positive experience. She was incredibly professional and did an amazing job with my baby girl. The entire process of planning the shoot was very smooth. She responds quickly, very attentive to your needs and is very flexible. Not to mention incredibly sweet and kind!!! The place is meticulously clean and warm, to make sure your baby is in a warm and comfortable environment, as there will be diaper and outfit changes. Beautiful natural light comes in through a giant window which makes for a perfect set up. Ramina took the time to undress and change the baby into an outfit of choice and patiently soothed her. She was able to read the baby's cues when the baby was hungry or needed a diaper change and reassured us that it was ok to take our time to make sure the baby is fed, happy and satisfied before proceeding with the shoot. She calmly transitioned between set ups and outfits and handled my baby with so much care. I wasn't sure how we would get through 3 changes without having to stop to attend to the crying but there was no crying!  Ramina was able to achieve so much in a short period of time and with such professionalism. I highly recommend Ramina for your newborn and maternity shoot! You can thank me later. I am so grateful to have found Ramina.  We just did our newborn shoot with her on Saturday and five days later (it's Thursday), our photos are ready. We're really glad to have Ramina as our newborn photographer! Ramina has a strong artistic sense, all colors and textures of the sets that she used are so nicely balanced. It looks joyful, colorful but natural, just perfect for newborn pictures!She is also very good with babies! Our son stayed so calm with her throughout! Her studio is very clean and pleasant. Hygiene for babies is always on her mind, like she would sanitize her hands everytime before holding the baby. We really appreciate her patience for our dog too. Ramina took photos for our daughter's smash cake session.From the first correspondence she was responsive, organized and a pleasure to work with. She sent over some ideas for backgrounds for the session and I told her the colors/backgrounds that I liked. To my surprise, she had set up two backgrounds when we arrived and she happened to choose the other option that I liked without me telling her.Ramina went above and beyond and even though it was a holiday weekend, she took her time spent much more time with us that than any other photographer would have and kept at it until she was satisfied that she got all of the shots that she wanted.She has a great eye and also has a calm about her that makes her perfect for what she does.  She is such a nice person and creates such a warm environment. that we were honestly sad to leave her as she immediately felt like a friend that we had known for a long time.We will absolutely go to Ramina again and look forward to more beautiful pictures! Omg where do I even start !!!! It was such a fun experience, I've been to a lot of other photographers for myself and my newborn and no one is as professional as Ramina. Ramina responded quickly with the quote upfront unlike other photographers I reached out to. On the day of, the studio was beautiful and clean. She was extremely patient and gentle with our baby throughout the entire 2-3 hours. I brought screenshot examples of the type of photos I wanted and she was able to produce exactly what we wanted. Ramina showed us the photos midway through the session to make sure we liked them so far and really valued our opinion.
