We have used Joanna and her team for a couple of years and are very pleased with their services. There are always at least two ladies and they divide the work. They clean the tops of doors and skirting boards often missed by others in the past and my husband says they clean as well as his mum used too which is high praise indeed. I went for the deep clean deal, I didn't expect those girls to my bungalow into Buckingham Palace! My dead grandmother's Brass looks like it was forged from the gold seems of Mount Olympus now!

We used this company for ironing services, they burnt my dress they did come back the day after to re iron everything but still was not good enough to pack into the suitcases, then a couple of days later when i was re ironing everything i notice two of my son's tops one a North Face top the red writing had been ironed across the white top, i contacted the owner to be told she could not do anything about it, she has given me a refund the money i paid for the service and £30 towards a new dress, i will not be using this company again i will be taking it to court. One star for turning up.

I can tell that Jonna did a excellent job the house is immaculate. I am so pleased the house looks great, lovely and clean and she worked so hard she is very professional person. I would recommend her. Thank you.

Today my iron short-circuited the electrics in the house and set the alarm off every time the girls tried to use it to do our ironing. I was at work. Mike sorted everything out and offered to take my ironing, do it elsewhere and bring it back which he then did. What an amazing service!!!!!!
