I could not be happier. My house had a roof on it that had to be 30 years old, part of it was even older. It was in terrible shape, leaking in one area. From the call to the salesman/estimator coming to our home, the price, the completely top of the line materials we got a fantastic roof with a 50 year Owen's Corning shingle system. The wood was in horrific condition part of which I knew about, part of which I realized how big a bullet we dodged by getting this done and boy did they get it done! TWO days. I've never seen a crew work so hard in my life. I was here the first day and watched them on and off powering through the removal and seeing a lot of rotten and moldy wood coming down which they replaced and then finished the main roof that day. The next day they did the more complicated part also replacing wood which I expected. I came home for lunch and they had a microwave plugged in sitting in my driveway and were heating food and eating while they worked. How they got this whole job done in two days is beyond me it was a lot of work. I've been up on the roof since and in the attic for Christmas lights etc and they did a beautiful job and the house looks fantastic. Had a heavy rain and no issues for the first time in a decade. I really can't say enough about how happy I am. If you're looking for a decent price for top notch work and materials and don't want it to take days and have junk all over your property afterwards there is no better that Magic. My neighbor watched the progress and made a point to let me know she was impressed with the work ethic of the crew and the professionalism of the workmanship. I was unable to observe the progress but was pleased with the results. The roof looks great. The lawn was immaculately cleaned up; there was no evidence of debris or that a roof replacement had just been completed. The dumpster was removed carefully to avoid damage to my driveway. Me and my wife bought our first house a little over a year ago knowing that we had to replace the roof. We called them to get an quote before we bought the house just to see what we were getting into. They were such a great price and a had a quick response that when we had to get it replaced that we made sure to call them. We did get other quotes but they all were trying to up sell and took almost an hour for them to even get to the price. They were all way to high and were glad that we found our quote from them when we got the house. They came out again and gave a more detailed quote and we ended up going with better shingles because there prices were very affordable. We bought our house about a year ago and new it needed a new roof. So when the time came we called 5 different places. The first two were just sales men trying to sell us what we did not need. There were a few others but the price was way to high for us. Lucky we remembered that we contacted Magic before we bought the house. After some digging in out emails we found the original quote and called to get a new once now that we needed it done. They came out the next day and did not do the whole sales pitch for all the stuff we did not need. The guy was very informative about the whole process and understood that we really didn't know what we're were in for. But when we made the decision to go with the better product because there prices are great! the time came to put on the roof they were very quick and nice. But unfortunately our house is old and a lot the plywood needed to be replaced. We tried to budget for it but did not expect it to be that many. Magic Roofing did an excellent job on our roof. We are very pleased that we chose them. Our first meeting was with Sales Associate, Peter Janora. He was very thorough and explained in detail what needed to be done and the material that would be used. The installers of the roof were hard workers and very competent in their work. The rainy weather did delay our roof installation, but when the sun returned, they returned and completed our roof in a timely manner. They were very careful with our property so no damage occurred and did a wonderful job on cleanup. Our neighbors even complimented on our roof and they were impressed by their work and cleanliness! The owner, Luis, was a pleasure to work with and returned phone calls in a timely manner. Project started with great reviews and home advisers. Peter from Magic Roof went through all the details, in layman terms , and gave us the discounts that were advertised and then some. We asked if they could do the install on a day when my wife was off from work.(she works from home) because of the noise. I had gotten 9 quotes and presentations for my new roof in May 2019. It was an eye opening experience of how the price and the materials used differed from one company to another. I was most impressed by Magic Roofing. His presentation was informative and yet understandable if you knew nothing about a roof. I got clear answers to all of my questions about the system and materials, and the differences between materials he used vs. what the other installers used. There was a Big difference like old style felt vs. new plastic-like material, the thickness and width of the edge materials, and the use of metal channel along all the edges.Replaced All flashing, not just "if needed" like the others. The job turned out Great. Nothing but complements from everyone on the block. The 3-D shingled roof itself looks awesome. Cleanup was perfect, and I didn't have to pay half up front like others. I learned awhile ago that front money means the company is possibly shady, or not busy enough to sustain itself. It took me awhile to write this review, but since the install in May, we have had many heavy rain and high wind storms and this roof just laughed at them. No lifting shingles or leaks at all. I think it will outlast the 30 to 50 year warranty. You want to put a great roof on your most valuable property, not the cheapest one. I think you will do good by calling Magic Roofing.Brian M. So far, so good. Magic got to work promptly, finished the job (a big one, given the size of our home) in 2 days, and cleaned up well. The crew was pleasant mannered and professional. The pricing seems fair. It has only been a few weeks since the job was completed, however. So far, despite some significant rain, the roof appears to have been soundly installed. However, the true test of the roof will be how well it holds up over the next 25 - 50 years. That question cannot be answered at this point in time. More...
