How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I begin with an initial consult, having my clients complete a fitness questionnaire and basic health information form. We discuss their long term and short term goals.
I then design a program based on their lifestyle and goals. I usually change up the workouts periodically to keep challenging my clients, unless the client is looking for a stable and predictable workout. Most workouts consist of cardio and strength training, as well as flexibility work.
I listen to their challenges in reaching their goals, and provide motivation and accountability to give them their best shot.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency! Move more and move smart, eat nutritiously, and stick with it!
What do you love most about your job?
I love the process- helping a woman go from being unable to do 3 push- ups to completing 10 for the first time; helping a senior gain confidence and pride in their persistence; helping someone appreciate their body for what it can do, not just for what it looks like; helping someone take ownership of their fitness!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I got my start at the YMCA, gaining experience with a wide range of clients. I began my business to reach clients who, for various reasons, don’t go to the gym. I meet people where they are, both literally and figuratively!

I show up! “If you didn’t come here tonight, I wouldn’t be working out,” is the most common comment I receive from my clients.
