Did the Tabata yesterday and it was fantastic! Mady structures the workout to target muscles in a challenging but brilliant manner.
I’m definitely feeling a great “sore” today even though I’m already on a consistent program. Will be making Mad fitness a staple in my routines to kick results to the next level.
For reference I’ve tried lots of programs (CrossFit, Beachbody, personal training, gym classes- LA & Lifetime)... Mady is top-notch! Highly recommend!
