We just had Mad Maids come in to clean our house and I was impressed with their punctuality and their diligence. They cleaned every surface and got under all the places that I dread getting to.

In addition, Mad Maids was really easy to book online and their rates and services are clearly outlined on their website.

Overall, a very positive experience! I will definitely be calling them again.

I recently booked a cleaning with Mad Maids for the first time. I loved the online booking- just pick the time and get quick confirmation. The hours are really convenient- you can book evening or weekend times. The team that came to my place was friendly and they did a fantastic, thorough job. I had a cleaning done yesterday with Ekenia's Team. They did an absolutely amazing job!
We moved into a new apartment, where the owner said it was "professionally cleaned" the team was 100% honest with us that there's NO WAY it could of been. We hired them because of the access amount of cat hair that was left from a "cleaning team". I showed them all the trouble areas in the house, and they understood instantly. I didn't even have time to leave my apartment because the minute they showed up, they were cleaning! They are the most efficient team I've ever seen! They were always saying "sorry" for taking so long but honestly, we didn't care we are just glad they took they're time to do it right. No cleaning service should be rushed, we really appreciated them taking they're time. I prefer a non rushed service no matter the time of day. I would like to say I'm greatly satisfied with the service provided from the team. They cleaned the place from top to bottom, I don't see a spec of cat hair or any dirt left.

The team from mad maids are exceptional! When I come home it's like my home is a hotel: throw pillows and blankets are artfully arranged on sofas and beds, and everything sparkles! The Mad Maid team did a great job. I was very impressed on how shiny they got my glass top stove and how they got the grease off the stove hood fan. It was so nice to come home from a hard long day at work to a sparking and fresh smelling condo! The ceiling fan was missed, but overall this has been a great experience! We have a house around Beaumaris Lake, and used Mad Maids for a few times so far. It starts great with flat rate plus extra items, very easy to understand. The website also has a live chat feature through which you can get all your questions answer instantly. Book online can't be easier. The confirmation is instant. You never need to wait for a reply and wonder whether it will work or not. They are very helpful and flexible. The team shows up each time a few minutes earlier than the starting time, they follows your instruction very well, doesn't rush an ok job, they always do the best they can. As newbies to maid services world, we opted to try Mad Maids and so glad we did. It is a little nerve racking opening your house to strangers the first time but in the end, I was able to sit in my kitchen on Saturday morning and truly enjoy the clean space over a cup of second coffee because there was no rush to clean the house. Yes, there are things to get iron out, but overall, the experience has been great. With the basics done, I can focus on the other spring cleaning around the house with a much more relaxed attitude. We've had the crew from Mad Maids to our home on several occasions, and they consistently deliver a fantastically clean house every time! If you've been to my house, and met my children, you know that my home has clothes, costumes, stuffed animals, and books EVERYWHERE! In comes Mad Maids and cleans the entire place to a shine. All the regular stuff they do is awesome, but it's the little things that impressed me the most. Cleaned all the baseboards, made all the beds, organized the Stuff Animal Army in a way that my littlest one started laughing at how cute they all looked, to name just a few of the special touches we always get from them.

I am going to give 5 stars to Dani. My appt was scheduled for 1100, however due to the previous client who was late, my appt. was a bit behind. Dani texted me to inform me of the situation and texted me before arrival.  I greatly appreciated that!  Right off the bat, Dani was cheerful and professional. I have a pet and they bonded in the time that the cleaning occurred.  My place looks fantastic and it was such a treat to wake up to a sparkly house! I never thought about hiring a cleaning service before. But after life became busier and chores like scrubbing the bathroom or dusting kept getting put on the back burner I decided to do a little research on hiring a cleaning service. I chose Mad Maids because they have some really good reviews from other members on Yelp. I also really liked how easy and comprehensive their website was to figure out what I would get for what price point. I signed up to get a monthly cleaning at a 10% discount and decided to have my first clean be a deep clean.I booked online, which was very easy, and within a couple hours someone contacted me through text message to arrange an alternate day.On the day I booked them to be here they arrived five minutes early and had no problem getting into my place with the keyless entry code I provided them with. I left to give them space to clean and wasn't aware that I should be close to do a walk-through inspection. They texted me and phoned me to ask me to come back to do that unfortunately I was too far away. They asked me to text or phone them to let them know if anything else was not to my satisfaction. When I arrived home I was greeted by the most sparkling clean place I have ever seen. I was elated and relieved at the burden of all the un met chores I had not been able to get to. They polished the sinks, the chrome, the stainless steel appliances; like the fridge and stove and microwave. The toilets and bathtubs and floors were amazing. My bed was made everything was tidy it smelled clean and I felt it was the best present I could give myself. I would like to extend a special thank you to the team that cleaned my place and to the company who worked very hard to make sure that I was happy without me having to demand that. This review is LONG overdue. My apologies for that. We used this service in May for our move out clean and were very happy overall with the service provided. I liked that there was very little phone communication required (I work a busy job and cannot make and take a million phone calls all day so I really appreciate it when business will communicate with me via email).Overall they did a great job for what we paid. They missed a few key things that we ended up doing ourselves (the glass on the back door and screen door, the oven door, and a few glaring spots on the walls) but we got our damage deposit back and the rental company was super impressed with their cleaning, so I suppose that's end result we wanted. Arranged on short notice, they did a super job cleaning a very challenging space. They were a little delayed in arriving (on the coldest, snowiest day of the year, so understandable given the traffic conditions) but the texted me to keep me informed of their ETA. Also, super-easy to book online.

This was my first time using a home cleaning service and I really liked it. They charge a flat rate which helps you know exactly what you're going to be paying in total based on your space. You can also add on extras for additional cleaning, I added stove cleaning for $20, totally worth it!They were at my condo for about three hours total and were very thorough, cleaning all the bathrooms until they shined, they even cleaned the garbage cans. They dusted all the rooms and took time and care cleaning the floors and counters. When they left the place looked as good as it did when we first moved in and it was brand new.Definitely worth it as a treat before the holidays or company comes to visit, I have recommended them to friends and would use them again. Love Mad Maids... I was getting behind on keeping the house up, so I decided to get someone in to help out. After a week of trying to coordinate a cleaner to come and estimate, I gave up. A friend then recommended Mad Maids. Is this ever simple... Made the booking in afternoon, a reply was waiting in the morning and a couple days later, they came in and made my house spotless. I am updating this review after receiving an email from Mad Maids about my review. Right after I posted I received an email from the Manager requesting to send another team in the fix the problems I had at no charge even though it was past the 24 hour guarantee period. I was super impressed that Mad Maids reached out to me to rectify the situation. Had the follow-up cleaning yesterday and the job was beyond excellent! Very happy with the follow-up service and the customer service overall. I will be using Mad Maids again for sure!_______________________________I used MadMaids for the first time and I would say they were pretty good but there were a few items I was not 100% happy with1. Their attention to detail was not the best. I paid for a deep clean and there were corners that were not wiped down and pockets of dust missed. Additionally, they didn't wipe down things like the light switches or the fridge handle or get at the dust under the TV stand2. I am not 100% certain the floors were washed / mopped. I know they swept and vacuumed but there were still spots on tile and hardwood after they left that were in plain sight 3. I thought I had read if you leave out clean sheets they will change / make the bed (maybe I was wrong) but this was not done. My bedroom bed wasn't even made so not sure what happened thereI was pretty sick on the weekend so decided to not call within the 24-hour timeframe to have some items fixed as I really didn't want any more people in the house. I have now used Mad Maids for the 2nd time. Their pricing strategy is quite different from other cleaning services in that they charge a flat rate based on the number of bedrooms in a home. This worked out well for me when I was in a townhouse (with basement) not so much with a condo. HOWEVER, I was so satisfied with the initial service they provided (move in move out) that I requested the same staff start performing a bi-weekly clean for me. I have to say, I am very satisfied with their work and for context: I have used about 4 other companies/ individuals within YYC. The Mad Maids staff were friendly, required no supervision and quite professional. They are detail oriented which is what I NEED as my place is usually relatively clean.Unfortunately the team I used is heading on vacation and I will not be able to get them for my next 2 services, so I only hope the other staff was as great as my initial folks. Also, 3 months between by 1st and 2nd service I realize I had double paid for a particular add on service (by selecting it in 2 categories), I wrote the customer service and within 1 day they had contacted me with a satisfactory resolution and even called to follow up.Especially in an industry with a lot of competition, Quality and Service are really the driving factors. I hired Mad Maids to clean my boyfriend's house and was able to get next-day service -  I submitted a booking request online at 6:20pm and within 90 minutes the coordinator had found a 2-person team to come the next day during the arrival window I requested. The online booking system was easy, with fair and transparent flat pricing, and the coordinator communicated well by phone & text. Mad Maids was recommended to me by a good friend, and I am beyond amazed with the work they did. I booked a move out cleaning for my 3 bedroom/2. 5 bathroom townhouse. I lived in this townhouse with my family for 11-12 years. We did routine cleaning often, but never once did a deep clean so when we moved and the house was emptied of our furniture and knick knacks, we finally saw the damage we had done in the past decade. Oy! The team that came was a husband and wife duo who were punctual, professional and kind! They were SO meticulous. It was an 8 hour job, they finished a little bit before midnight and they were still smiling! They explained to me that there were some areas that they tried hard to get clean but couldn't get rid of it completely. Which was totally fine, because I plan on touching up the paint and everything. But I cannot believe what an amazing job they did. It was honestly like brand new almost. I wish I could've taken pictures, but the lighting was poor since it was late at night. Hopefully I can edit this post when I have the time to take some photos. Had the ladies from Mad Maids Cleaning over to do a thorough house cleaning after our Christmas and New Years festivities. I am very impressed with the finished result. Their quote asks how many bedrooms you have, so I wasn't sure what that actually meant. It turns out, they clean your whole house!! All carpet floors vacuumed. All hardwood and tile was washed and mopped to a shine. Bathrooms and kitchens were both spotless. In a house with 3 kids and a cat. That is not an easy feat! The 2 person crew showed up a few minutes early, and were ready to go on time and with all of the necessary cleaning and sanitation products. One thing I liked is that their products did not stink up my house. It was shiny and clean, but didn't overwhelm my house with chemicals. I appreciate that! Mad maids did a fantastic job on our 3 bedroom house yesterday. The cleaning was thorough and the two ladies who arrived were professional and courteous as I was also working while they were here. Their attention to detail was great and they included little touches which surprised me after the fact. They even vacuumed our cat tree, which is not for the faint of heart (crazy cat lady here). The house smelled great afterwards and I could see a noticeable difference when they left. Our toothbrushes were arranged nicely, our candles straightened and centred, towels refolded in each bathroom, and not a spot left on our fixtures and mirrors. Our kitchen looked great and they even took each magnet off our fridge to get underneath and carefully returned them. I'm a real jerk. I hired these folks to clean my place before I moved out, and realized truly how much of a pig I am.They were able to get there 10 minutes after 5 during Friday rush hour. Upon arrival, I already felt bad. They were very nice. If they were evil and cruel like the Libyans that shot Doc Brown, I would have had no problem. I let them start their work, and went across to the Beggar. Coming back when they had finished was life-changing. The place was spotless. Bathrooms looked fit enough for royalty to take a dump. Carpets were vacuumed well. THEY CLEANED MY GARBAGE CAN. The one place I've never cleaned because it's where my trash goes. Amazing job to Desiree and her partner at Mad Maids. What more can I say? Fast service, excellent cleaning and I love the online booking system.I frequently work long hours which means I end up doing less cleaning than I should as a 30+ year old male. I've tried a few cleaning companies before but honestly they're a hassle to book and the service has always been average. A friend told me about Mad Maids and I'm glad she did. I booked online, they got to my house in short notice and did a fantastic job.
