I first came into contact with Macildowie when I received an email about a vacancy they were recruiting for. I was contacted soon after replying by a lovely lady called Jeanette and an interview was set up. Within a matter of days I was placed within my current role, in which I am very happy.I have worked with a number of employment agencies over the years and Macildowie are by far one of the best. I have dealt with lots of recruiters over the years, the good the bad and the ugly, but my experience in applying for a position Macildowie are recruiting for stands out.

Carl went above and beyond to ensure I was fully briefed as a candidate before meeting his client and he has since kept me up to date at every stage of the recruitment process. The recruitment process included completing a Macildowie Mindmill assessment and the resulting psychometric report it generated was spot on for me. The client must have liked it too as they used some of the Mindmill suggested questions at a subsequent interview.

I have also spoken to Macildowie recruitment teams in their other offices and found them to be equally professional, helpful and supportive.
