Bought an iMac 27" 2011 machine from these guys 3 years ago. Never had any issues, but upgraded to the latest Mac OS X El Capitan on my own and noticed the mac had started to run slower. Got back in touch again last week for advice and was very promptly dealt with. Really knowledgeable and happy with their service.
